Miracle Movers

Really good value for money. Miracle moved my home in almost half the time of another useless crowd that were a little cheaper. So my move actually cost a lot less and all my furniture was wrapped so carefully that nothing was broken. I really liked the movers as well. They were softly spoken but so strong and careful. They carried my piano as though it weighed nothing at all. Suitably impressed!

Hani and Alex were my movers and they were fantastic. No complaining, great attitude and great effort in locating my treadmill up two flights of stairs to the bedroom. I am extremely grateful for their expertise and care with the handling of my items. Please inform them of this.

We had an office move and had about two weeks to schedule it. Miracle Movers were the only moving company in the area that was highly responsive, thorough, and professional. The entire process was very easy! Day of move: Alex, Eugene, and Drago were an awesome team! They were communicative and worked super hard to get our items to the next location efficiently and safely. Our office has quite a bit of expensive hardware and they took great care in keeping our stuff safe. Hire them!

Used their as services last week. Amazing service from sales rep who was very patient and moving crew who did their work very smoothly and efficiently. I will recommend them to anyone who wants to move. Pricing is reasonable and simple to understand compared to other movers based in the GTA.

I've used them twice now, and see no reason to use any other company in the future. Both moves were absolutely painless. Definitely 10/10 service.

Miracle movers were recommended to me. Gary tried his best to get the best option for me for my move to Mississauga that was affordable for me. We got a brilliant team that you could tell had considerable experience. They were attentive and meticulous of our needs. They knew how to graft hard, but showed caution when required. A quick easy process evaluating the size and time that would be required. Martin and Serge arrived on time . They were cordial and respectful of all the items in the move. We were so impressed with Miracle Movers that we will never use another moving company again. They far exceeded our expectations. They went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Being a company relocation we required an accurate quote which came back from the on-site survey, this enabled us to stay within our budget. the movers were both courteous and efficient. Their assembly works skills are unparalleled, it was like our furniture and equipment was transported in whole to our exact specifications. Our experience with Miracle Movers was amazing start to finish. We booked with Gary, who was very attentive and responsive to our needs (we had a change in closing dates and changes in our pickup locations). The movers that attended, Jonathan and another individual who's name we weren't able to get, were very professional, respectful, and careful with our items and the house. I've been recommending them to everyone I know.

Our move was relatively smooth, with reasonably efficient packing and unpacking (lots of breaks for the guys to smoke/watch videos on their phones, but this is not unexpected). The movers were respectful and competent. Unfortunately due to some hastiness in how they packed the truck, we ended up with some damage to a couch and a freezer. When taking apart and moving a bed, they managed to rip a curtain hook right out of the wall, doing some significant damage to the drywall. On the unload, despite us asking them to take care of the recently painted walls, they really made no effort, and scraped the walls in a number of spots.The big disappointment was in our interactions with them after the move. Because we were on the hook for the drywall damage they did to the rental we were moving out of, we asked them to reimburse us for the repair, and also mentioned the damage to our belongings. Initially they offered to refund the small additional fee we'd paid to move the freezer, but would only pay a limited amount for the damage to the drywall (they have a policy to only cover $100 for property damage, which is less than the cost of having anyone repair anything these days) and brushed off the other damage. Eventually, after almost 3 weeks of dismissive back-and-forth, they agreed to cover the cost of the drywall repair, but decided that if doing so, they should not have to pay the amount they previously agreed to for the freezer, and of course nothing for any of the other damage.Though the booking process was very friendly and smooth, when it came to addressing issues after the fact, it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to take responsibility. Given the stories we've heard about many moving companies in the past, we do believe Miracle Movers is better and more reliable than many, but we were certainly disappointed in our experience overall.
