I am very unhappy with the service I received at this Tesla service center for my 2019 Tesla X. I made the appointment a couple of months in advance because we were driving from Northern Maine. This was the closest Tesla location to me. I told them that I had an issue with a squeak in the front end that had gone away, but that I had a rodent issue I wanted them to explore. When we arrived we were given a loner car ( this is why I gave them a 2 star rating instead of a 1 star). At drop off I went over my concerns and showed them a part under the car that was hanging down. The service advisor asked if I was prepared to pay $200 per hour to look for rodent issues. I said that was fine. I wanted to make sure the car was safe. My appointment was scheduled for the next day... But that day passed and the car was not touched. I asked if they had any info on the car and they replied that they would let me know when they brought it in for service. A whole second day passed without them starting on the car. They did not start working on the car until the following late afternoon. This is unheard of with other Tesla centers. Normally they work on the car the day of the appointment. They replaced a front end part and did an alignment. That part of plaster I had told them about was still hanging down at the time of pickup. The service manager had no answer as to why they did not fully address the search for the rodent issue or fix that plastic part. All and all there was no communication during the service and they did not address my issues. They did not even try to make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. My bill was only $300 and this was just for the suspension part. This is a very lazy and unprofessional Tesla service center. If you have a choice, find another. If you don't, well prepare to have issues.

I came here today from Fredericton, New Brunswick to fix the issue on excessive front wheels vibration.It turns out that the Front Left wheel bearing was damaged. They also found out that the Rear right, suspension knuckle starts to get loose.I booked the appointment one week in advance. Everything was fixed. My car is working well now.I also got a loaner car during the wait period.The loaner was a Tesla Model Y LR.

Dropped in at the Tesla service centre in Bedford, Nova Scotia without an appointment. I had some questions about their mobile rangers and getting some panels adjusted. One of the young service/ sales representatives said he could do the adjustments their and then. He attended to everything within an hour. Great service and very much appreciated as ai had drive from PEI. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the service. Thanks for the great first experience with Tesla service!
