Qualitizing Dry Cleaning
Totally horrible, went to pick up my suit/pants for drycleanin, and i tell them my name etc. and lady goes through rack and says oh cant find it. And walks away to the back. I went and found my item myself because obviously worker there was busy to help me. So i will not be coming back at all i will rather go further and pay more money for decent common courtesy for customers

Qualitizing Dry Cleaning
Disappointed. Dropped off a pair of jeans to have a zipper replaced, and the result is sloppy and unprofessional. The jean's original decorative stitching was cut. Rather than properly unstitching the jeans to put the zipper in, they sewed through the external material; leaving a sloppy visual stitch on the fly. The zipper they used wasn't trimmed to properly fit and the threads we're not trimmed off for a professional result.

Been years since I’ve been to a Dry Cleaners. Found it odd I had to prepay but I did as it was under $20. They took the time to make sure my jacket was cleaned properly and were helpful and friendly.

Great service and friendly worker I interacted with , had a backpack I needed to fix and they did it within a day for a reasonable price.I highly recommend qualitizing dry cleaning , in my humble opinion the other people complaining about this place services are Karens….The photos attached are the bag before and after … I think they did a great job !Take care y’all

Qualitizing Dry Cleaning
This is the most overpriced place on planet earth!! It is worth the effort to drive somewhere else. It's double the price of my last cleaner in Burnaby. After I got the receipt I realized they charged me $10 for a hem that I didn't ask for then has the nerve to have an automatic 10% tip on the debit machine??? Do yourself a favour and do not support this business, they don't deserve it.

The owners are very professional, helpful and accommodating. Mumsat (the seamstress) is always helpful and kind. Our clothing is always ready on time. I can always count on a thorough and professional job. I would not want to go anywhere else for my alterations and drycleaning needs.

The friendliest dry cleaners I have been to. They were so understanding of my situation, and were quick to do their best to help me despite my time constraints. They were very reassuring and receptive to what I needed. I highly recommend them to anyone and will be taking all my dry cleaning here in the future.

Completely butchered two simple alterations. Significant drop in quality with the new operators. Will not be using them again!
