Outstanding as well as kind service that was provided by Brian and the nameless technicians who put together the E-bike package I rode away with~! Brian answered all my questions without any hesitation. His responses were genuine and clearly very knowledgeable that made my transaction a quick, efficient and painless process! Super friendly and helpful staff. They have been amazing during the past few years of bike supply chain challenges and always put the customer first. They have given me great advice, sold me parts off of their personal bikes, and always have great recommendations on bikes, parts, and gear. Go check this shop out you won't be disappointed!

Big Hill Cycle
I never realized Big Hill sold sports gear other than bikes.I went in today and Chantell was amazing and helped me with a selection of Cross Country ski equipment. She was very knowledgeable and made my decision easy and stress free.I would recommend BIG Hill for anyone looking for various sporting goods. I am in the market for a bike this spring/ summer and will definitely be going back there.

It pays to deal with a small team of experts who know their stuff. I also appreciate that the merchandise, that they stock, has been carefully selected so that it is high quality but still affordable. I've purchased, Mountain bike, helmet, Special TIFOSI riding glasses, lots of cold weather riding clothing, and excellent Ride Concept flat bottom riding shoes. I'm happy with it all.

I phoned up big hill cycle after I realized the cable clinch nut had fallen off my front derailleur. Jeremy happily sorted through buckets of loose nuts until he found exactly what I was looking for. He then phoned me back informing me of his success. A few hours later I was in the shop fully expecting, and rightfully so, to purchase the nut he had uncovered for me when to my surprise he simply handed it over free of charge. What a nice guy, and what a great shop.!
