Rob was amazing, went to get help assembling my tripod since my old one was missing a piece. Not only he assembled the new one and showed me how to maneuver it, but he also fixed the old one!! Couldn’t be happier.

I needed to rent out a lens for a photoshoot last minute this week and the staff were great! I've never had a bad experience renting from here. They have great customer service and their staff are very kind and knowledgeable.Note: When renting from here you have to have $1000 available on your credit card. I recently got my limit increased just to make renting easier. I wasn't aware of this the first time I rented from Vistek but I can't fault them for that because logistically it makes sense.

I want to give a big shout out to the sales team of this Vistek Store. They have assisted me numerous times, (specifically Roger) by answering my questions about merchandise I was going to buy on line and much more. The staff of Vistek Stores are very approachable and always ready to help. Excellent merchandise. Thank you again.

I have been a professional photographer in the Ottawa area since 1991 and bought equipment over the years from every camera store in the area. In recent years I was a regular customer of a certain large camera store chain but last year thought I should diversify my spending (on average, one new camera a year, plus accessories). At the Ottawa Vistek I was treated with respect as a professional which is much appreciated. I would particularly like to mention the manager at the Ottawa store, Roger, who laid out the red carpet for us last year, and was the reason I returned to Vistek for this year's big purchase. This year Roger went out of his way to fix some issues we had that were no fault of his or of Vistek's. In my opinion he is a huge asset to that store, is a consummate professional, makes a sincere effort to know his customers and knows how to create returning customers. As long as he at Vistek I will be spending my photography money at that store.

Vistek is second to none when it comes to photo equipment and supplies. I have always been extremely well served when purchasing a number of products and supplies; even buying a replacement lens hood is a joy!And, there is free parking next to the building

I've dealt with Vistek for about 20 years, and I've always been impressed with the knowledge and service orientation of the staff. They are great to bounce ideas off, and I've never served up a question, no matter how obscure, that stumped them. Highly recommended.

I've been a Vistek client for over 25 years and they ALWAYS delight me. My most recent order was delivered in under 24 hours. Simple, easy, professional, reliable, responsive and consistent. I just wish that the closest store was closer than it is. But... no charge delivery! (and I probably save a ton on the POP stuff that I would see in store). Kudos to every aspect of the Vistek organization.

Can never deliver on time or at allOrdered some product. Called the store to place the order. Was told the items would in two or three days. Four days pass, I call them. It looks like the product has shipped

Searching for weeks through Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, Ebay, KEH, Adorama and B&H for an affordable and reliable used Canon EOS 80D was frustrating. One day, I searched Vistek online and found an affordable used 80D with a 90 day warranty. Private sellers did not offer a warranty. I have purchased new gear from Vistek Toronto and Mississauga for decades and without hesitation placed the order for the 80D sight unseen. It was delivered on time by Canada Post. I spent the evening detailing the relatively clean body, setting each menu item to suit, downloading lens correction software from Canon and took many test images around the house with different lenses. The 80D worked. The real test is on assignment later. Thank you Vistek Ottawa for selling used and tested equipment.
