Truly blown away by the efficiency of this Tim Hortons location. The staff were friendly and hardworking, and the bathroom was in pristine condition.

A good tim hortons except 1 thing. Theres an older employee that works mornings who is always unpleasent to customers and worse fellow employees. This morning while grabbing my coffee she was raising her voice about an employee who mixed up milk and creamer on accident. All customers in the store were obviously uncomfortable as well as the employees were embarassed/ uncomfortable. I love this tim hortons and would give 5 stars otherwise.

Worst Tim's in cr. Never stirs my coffee and always things is more important to talk to coworkers in other languages rather then serving there customers.

Terrible experienceWent inside today to stay warm from the snow for a few minutesAnd then told me I had to buy something to sit in here! Like excuse me???You really want to charge customers to sit inside! Just goes to show and prove why people don’t wanna work for companies like this anymore& why corporations like this, should get shut down! Do better

Super convenient. But, 2/3 of the time my order is incorrect. It is rare that my order is ever done properly. Also I’ve heard a lot of negative things about the management. Overall not impress

Asked for NO birthday cake timbits, got half a 20 pack of timbits worth.I go up and ask for 20 assorted timbits, no birthday cake. I get home thinking nothing would be wrong, because why would it be? Go to open it and eleven of them are birthday cake. I get to enjoy 8 chocolate ones and a plain one. Why is plain even a thing they aren't great either.Nobody listens behind the counter so they just guess your order.Literally go anywhere else tim hortons is so low effort, it's nothing like it used to be.

The service was very quick even after a long que of cars but the proportion of a simple medium cup coffee was disappointing. It wasn't hot, cream was way too much.Will prefer to go to other Tim's Branch.

Ok but 2 drive-through ques would be better. Sometimes the wait is incredibly long and I find myself avoiding going to Timmies because of this!
