Best Buy

Received the best customer service today from staff at the Hamilton Best Buy. Staff greeted us and were eager to assist with our questions and purchase. Each member of the team we encountered smiled, offered help, and engaged with us briefly. Great experience...it gets better! After leaving, we realized our car wouldn't start!! The staff noticed our hood up in the parking lot and asked if they could offer assistance. Two team members, after putting on their reflective safety vests, helped us with our vehicle. Over and above their job. Their help ensured we could move on with our important meeting on time. Huge thank you to both employees for their help.

They were pretty good on black Friday. The shelfs were clean and stacked properly even though I had come in late. The employees were all over the place and ready to help when it was necessary. There deals are normal black Friday deals nothing that's mind blowing so I reccomend waiting for boxing day. There weren't any complaints about the service although some employees might not be the most knowledgeable about tech it is to be expected. I would recommend fomjny to best buy to shop and throughout the several years I have been going here the place has always been in order with high quality products.Last year black Friday. Comparing it to last year the deals are equally comparable but no super good deals on monitors such as last year. The employees were just as helpful that year and although it was busy season they were able to help me find the product I wanted and answer the questions regarding policy, warranty etc. This best buy is a good model for other best buys to follow.In summary:Thank you guys for the good experience, happy smiles and faces, fast checkout, good products, services, communication, cleanliness, and dedication to the work at hand in order to maintain the store at what it should be.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ON DELIVERY DATES! GO TO AMAZON INSTEAD! BestBuy is a joke, they false advertise the shipping date on the website. Despite giving free shipping over 35$ orders this does not help when you are purchasing something for a gift and they don't deliver on the promised time this screwed up all my plans for the item. The only reason why I bought online was because it said the delivery date would be next day, the third party delivery companies they hire also said they called at 5:15 PM but never even made an attempt then returned the package for it to be shipped tomorrow again. I doubt I will get the package tomorrow. They refused to give me my money right away when asked for refund, instead it will be 5-10 days but they take my money right away! Unprofessional company. At the very least Amazon leaves you your package when they can't make contact, in this case.. Lie about making contact.

Good customer service is hard to come by these days. My experience at this store was just the opposite!I was greeted and helped by a pleasant young lady by the name of Preet. She helped me with an item I was seeking(Aria Scale). The product I wanted specifically wasn’t available in store, but she was able to order it for me and have it shipped to the store. She was professional, polite, and saved me time looking all over the store. In the span of 5-10 minutes she helped me, placed the order, and manned the front of the store. Great multi tasker.

Very nice store to go into. Well set up and the store is very clean. Went in to get a Lenovo Smart Display on at a very good price. Staff are freindly and very helpful. Lots of parking outside.

The location never has the item, even when it says in-stock online. Always a waste of a trip out.

So I came into best buy 3 separate times. First time I purchased beats flex headphones and used them for a couple days then it stopped charging and turning on. So I went back in returned them and got new pair thinking there's a defect in the other pair. Low and behold the same problem occured (worst beats ever made). So the 3rd time I came to the stone church location I returned the beats and got another pair of headphones, different brand. They were able to adhere to my complication fix the issue, no hassle free and with a great smile and attitude, I strongly recommend bestbuy at stone church because they're customer care and priority I felt was the most important thing to them. Keep up the good work and I will be back soon for any of my electronic needs. Ps Maha and Chris were amazing (I tried to give you guys a tip but apparently it was against stor policy and I'm sorry it wasn't recieved ) I loved my experience with them as they made me feel like I was part of they're family . You guys should promote/give a raise to these 2 awesome assets to your company :). They well deserve it

Very impressed by the service I received from the general Manager Dave and his assistant Nancy, they both worked very hard to help me with a pre order purchase. Best buy had a glitch in the system that was not allowing the discount and they put all resources to make it happen. Very pleasedA successful business starts at the top and trickles down to the bottom, I'm sure all staff follow this example.

I went to this location on Friday July 7th around 1pm, and The person in laptops section was not helpful at all. He talks like he is judging the person asking for his advice and keeps nodding his head when I asked him to look for something online. Customer service should be equal for everyone , you should not be judging someone by their looks or think like customer is wasting yoir time. I guess he only likes to keep using his phone instead of helping out a customer. I went to a different location because of this behaviour. Would not recommend anybody coming here :(

Inside Best Buy is a mobile department, and the employees there are the most helpful I've seen yet. They took the time to understand my pain points and then identified channels to create a better mobile solution for me. As a provider of multiple cellphone carriers, (They had Bell Telus Rogers plus others) I appreciated their insight. Clean, open and lots of options for phones and colours.
