Waterloo raises millions on predatory parking planning and parking fines. Got a motorcycle and an international telephone number, good luck spending any time at the local businesses and not getting a ticket. Live work and spend your money in another city lest you wish to be shaken down to support the regional consultants"."

Waterloo Town Square Parking Lot South
This is the most checked parking lot in Waterloo. I'd rather chance my car in any other lot, leaving it all day than leave my car here for more than 2 hours. It's also a pain to get in and out of. Unless you're going to the LCBO I'd probably just park in any one of the other free lots or at the mall. Seriously they seem to be checking this lot constant for people being more than 2 hours.

Best parking lot ever. Hours are super flexible during the weekends. It is well lit during the night, and there is even security guards that watch the lot.
