Winter Bear dessert and tea house

I tried their mango bingsu and it’s so good! This is the first time I eat bingsu with cereal instead of almond flakes and I really liked it. I would definitely try their cheesecake bingsu collection next time!

1st time experience. Large portions, so come with a friend. Excellent multi layered textures, sweet but not sickly sweet. Roll me up Ice cream meets shaved iced milk with an abundance of your favorite fruit flavour and some sort of crispy cereal surprise at the bottom. Really fun to eat, definitely worth the experience.

This is my favourite shaved ice spot in Vancouver!I came here multiple times within a week.I’ve tried the mango cheesecake bingsu and the banana cream pie bingsu.The mango cheesecake bingsu is so good. I can literally eat this everyday and won’t get sick of it.At first I thought there was too little mango but as I keep digging through the bingsu, there were cheesecake bits as well as some mango chunks. It was actually a perfect amount.The ice cream is vanilla and it matched perfectly with the shaved ice. There were also condense milk to pour over. I think the first layer you don’t really need the condense milk, but it definitely made the flavour taste consistent when you pour it halfway.The shaved ice is milky rather than just frozen ice and I think that’s a nice touch. Near the end there is frosted flake cereal. That was so surprising for me and I didn’t expect it. It’s pretty good since it adds a nice texture. And even when the shaved ice melts, the milk goes well with the cereal.I also wanted to try the strawberry cheesecake bingsu but they were sold out of the syrup unfortunately. I tried the banana cream pie bingsu instead and added a whipping cream on the side.The banana cream pie bingsu is delicious too! It’s somewhat similar to the mango cheesecake bingsu but I think the whipped cream enhanced the flavour.Overall, I really recommend this spot! The shaved ice are a bit pricey, but the flavours and texture was amazing! Every bite of the shaved ice is interesting and I don’t get sick of it!

We ordered the mango cheesecake bingsu and it was a delicious layered dessert. Will need to try to build my own next time I go there. It took two of us a good 40 minutes to devour the entire bowl

This was the best Bingsu I've ever had! Love the cereal they put in the bottom as well, was a great surprise! The interior is cozy, and the staff was friendly.If I'm in the area, I will definitely stop by again!

Our fave place to get our bingsoo fix!We love the mango cheesecake bingsoo! Perfect balance between sweetness of the mango and creaminess and tanginess of the cream cheese cream ❤️ 10/10 would recommend!

Delicious! We had the injumi bingsu and it was so tasty we literally got a second order of the same thing. Staff were also very friendly and nice.

This place has really good shaved ice! The ice is smooth and melts perfectly in your mouth. You definitely can share one with 3 people and be fully satisfied. Huge potion.Got the strawberry cheesecake. The cheesecake came in a foam whip which was super good and new to me. Will be back again!!The only thing is this place is super small so you have to wait for a table. They have to go cups but didn’t want to get shaved ice to go.

Oh my god!!! If you are a fan of mango bingsu, you MUST come here!!!! They served the best mango bingsu I have ever had for years!!!The store is lovely, small enough but still feel spacious. The guy serving there was really nice and have a great manner and mood too. I like it there.I will absolutely come back next time I'm in town.Highly recommend!!!
