Ordered a graduation frame from them in March. It arrived yesterday (~3 month wait?) and while I know that the pandemic likely affected their production, I attempted to reach out to them via email after waiting 6ish weeks, so they could let me know about the changed timeline. I would have been happy to wait as long as needed, had they given me a heads up and stayed in touch. Zero communication, even after I initiated. However, the frame itself is beautiful and I like supporting Canadian craftsmen. Customization options were great, and it looks very high quality. Unfortunately, because of the poor communication/customer service, would not reorder from them, but maybe in-store is a better for other people.

Nice looking frame, inserting the certificate was a hassle as the included adhesive was poor and only in the center of grid paper which does not appear to be square.

instructions included for framing my certificate were difficult to follow. Sent me a frame for my certification - came with plexiglass that was poor quality, instead of real glass. I went elsewhere for better quality framing.I wish I did not spend money here.
