Mr. Sam was very friendly and supportive in the first meeting and he helped us a lot with his professional advice and we were able to buy everything we needed at great prices and right choices. I had bought a couch from this store and within roughly 6 months I started to hear some unusual creaks and squeaks that shouldn’t occur with a new couch. Spoke to customer service and explained the issue and they sent a technician to my home to find out the issue. He said the beam in the sofa cracked!! I was told that it wasn’t surprised by it because the beams were not adjoined by screws but with glue!!! I spoke to customer service and they said they could order me another one or an alternative sofa. Clearly I wasn’t going to go with the same one or one made by the same manufacturer as I was told I wasn’t the only customer to have this issue with this sofa. I ended up choosing another sofa and a different manufacturer at a higher price point. It took about 8-9 months to finally receive our new sofa and during that time I had to spend hours on end to get this issue resolved. It was a huge headache and inconvenience. What I liked least of all, is that most of their products give little or absolutely no information on the manufacturer/brand of their products. Transparency adds value and loyalty with their clientele, so perhaps they should provide sufficient information on their products.

They were supposed to send the furniture today to us, we bought last week, no calls no emails, nothing. When called asking what is going on they just said we don't have the table right now, will send you when we get the table. Ofcourse the manager was not available to talk, the sales person that checked everything were in stock was not available; long story short, they took out the table and they will send it later on 2 days from now, that is not customer service expected!!!!

Just purchased a new couch and love seat. Spent $6k and it came with defective support legs. 2 weeks go by and a technician comes to investigate and agrees there is a manufacturer defect. It's been another 2 weeks and nobody from customer service is returning calls to tell us next steps. They keep pushing us away. Bought extended warranty and everything. I would be very careful purchasing anything from here.

You could not deliver on time, could not stick to dates and times to deliver, were months out on delivery dates. Never will you see me or my family again. I recently purchased a mattress from Leaon's Richmond Hill and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. When I inquired about the warranty, I was informed that I needed to buy a mattress cover, which I did. However, the delivery was delayed, and after just a few days of use, the mattress started sagging.I reached out to the Customer Service department hoping for a resolution, but I was met with no satisfactory results. Despite the fact that they were supposed to replace the mattress, they sent a technician to assess the sagging issue. The technician determined that the sagging was only 1.2 inches, whereas the criteria for a mattress replacement was 1.5 inches, which was unacceptable to me. I called them again, requesting them to address the issue, but they insisted on sending a technician after a six-month period or advised me to contact the mattress supplier directly.Feeling frustrated, I decided to visit the store personally. That's when I met Sam, another salesperson at Leaon's. He approached me politely and asked how he could assist me. After I shared my ordeal with him, he acknowledged that the situation should never have happened and assured me that he would help me exchange the mattress. Sam patiently guided me through trying out different mattresses and helped me select one that met my specific needs. He promptly arranged for the delivery as well.In less than an hour, Sam managed to fix the problem that the entire customer service team had failed to address over the course of five months. I am immensely grateful to Sam for his exceptional service and for resolving my issue. Thank you, Sam.
