It didn't work most countries in Europe.They contract with some of network in Europe but most of popular network does not allowed to use most of time.95% of failure rate.I don't recommend to use this SIM.Now, I am back to Canada, Rogers doesn't allowed my SIM. I asked to fixed it few times but they don't have a clue.I am asking for refund but no reply.Is this kind of random scam tactic?It works for 5% of time and user don't bother to reclaim their balance due to horrible support and/or simply doesn't work.I fought with support folks for few months.Same SIM and same phone for few months with them. No longer works but I recharge $30 and reactivivate SIM for $10 in case they may fix it. I lost $40 and don't expect to refund back.Cunning Scammer.

I have used iRoam and the previous G# intermittently for several years, mostly when on vacation. The charge seemed reasonable. I tested it from time to time by phoning my other phoe and found it worked.However, I could not get it to work in Mexico, nor in southern Florida although it worked occasionally. I just renewed my SIM and now find that it no longer connects to Rogers, here in Ottawa, when it previously did so. Their Tech Support is in broken English and they know little. Waiting for a call-back but am not holding my breath. will cancel the SIM as I see no future in using this service.

Paid $170 for their UK phone, SIM card and $50 talk/text time. No service right from day 1. Only 4 of my hundreds of calls actually connected. One text said sent" did not

I love my little phone and Iroam account, as we only need a cell phone when travelling. It works good in U.S & Canada, love the fact that the minutes left are not lost and sim card only needs to be renewed every 6 mo. Thanks also for the reminder when it is close to expiry date. I have had good service with customer service when needed.

I purchased a phone and sim card from Iroam as a Christmas Present. The first phone arrived broken due to insufficient packing. The second phone arrived and has not worked since the day of delivery. It is now over Two weeks that my New Samsung phone will not dial out, or receive phone calls . Iroam say it is the fault of the Carrier Rogers" and they are trying to correct the problem I am now into my Third week of not having any service

I purchased two sim cards for our trip to Europe last Aug-Sept. We have iPhone 4's. Customer service could not get the sim cards to work. We tried everything. Customer service kept telling me the phones must not be unlocked. He would not believe me. The phones had been unlocked for a year as our service provider was now Consumer Cellular. He was very rude and told me the phones must not be unlocked all the way". I called our old provider

After receiving help to set up Iroam Sim card while on the trip, everything work fine until I need to purchase additional time. Worldwide # 611 was not responsive, and after many try I had to switch to more expensive but more reliable Rogers.Your customer service is terrible. I guess you get what you pay for!Alex Zatulovsky

Received SIM card within a few days of signing up over a year ago.. Easy to install in unlocked phone. This is a perfect solution when going to USA, NO roam charges.Also great in Europe. sent and rec'd calls when in Portugal last year.Sure recommend it if you travel.$14.95 SIM card renewal every 6 months is easy and problem free.

The iRoam SIM card is a piece of junk. My children were traveling alone to India and I wanted them to be able to call multiple countries while enroute. I did my research online, called iRoam, spoke with Staples where I purchased the SIM card, etc. to get precise instructions on how the SIM would work in different countries. When we got the SIM card, it worked fine in Canada. But it did not work in other countries (Germany, India, etc.) And now back in Canada, it does not work either even though we've tried many things to solve the issue. Customer Support is terrible - the call centre employees are not helpful and do not know what they are doing (not their fault - poor training undoubtedly). For the $30 I paid for the SIM card, it is simply not worth the aggravation to deal with this issue anymore. iRoam has lost a customer and I will definitely not recommend to anyone.
