Cruz was on time, friendly, courteous, highly professional, very knowledgeable and explained everything we needed to know – what to do, what to expect during the mice removal process. He answered all our questions - even via text messages in between visits (total of 3 visits). He did a thorough inspection of the outside and inside of the house and was able to determine immediately the actual entry points and identify the food source which he advised us to get rid of. He set up mouse traps and put Pestcheck service stickers nearby to help us remember where the traps were. He also blocked off the entry points which have been identified, as well as other potential entry points to the house with chicken wire mesh, and sealed off holes/ voids with steel wool. The traps caught 2 mice within a week and so far there doesn’t seem to be any other mice activity or evidence. I can say we’ve sort of reclaimed our home and regained our peace of mind. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.

Taylor was very prompt and explained exactly he would be doing. I was told ahead of time, by the office staff, about vacating my residence during the spraying and not to return to my house until the designated time.
