Just picked up my NX 300 today and I'm overjoyed. Both the finance manager Kevin and my sales rep Michael met and greeted me at the front door upon arrival and we were all so excited almost as if we were all picking up a new car. Even the owner of the dealership came out and introduced himself to me. This was honestly the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle and I've owned quite a few. From start to finish my experience with Michael was seamless. I called and specifically asked for him after reading the reviews and I'm so glad I did.Michael is truly a genuine, down to earth, calm, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and an all around good man and the best salesperson! I feel like I've known him forever and he will definitely be someone I check in with from time to time for life. He is a man of his word, a great listener, and follows through which is important. I just picked up my NX250 and I am beyond happy! Nick has been such a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and super nice! Has gone over all the details with me and answered all my questions and took the time to show me all the features of the car. Sales manager was super rude and disrespectful. Would not recommend stepping into this dealership. Just sent en email to Lexus Canada with an official complaint. People with such attitude cannot be allowed to have interaction with customers.Stay away if you don't want to be disappointed.

We purchased a luxury vehicle, but did not receive a luxury experience.1. We drove all the way from Guelph (with a 2 year-old) and arrived at the dealership at 5pm. The dealership would close at 6pm and it was Friday. The sale agent was 'surprised' when we were getting ready to go for a test drive. We liked the car and proceeded to negotiations.2. We were basically not entertained in negotiations because it was now 6:30pm (though we came all the way from Guelph with our 2 year-old) and the dealership was closed. They said they'd get back to us the next day.3. Negotiations came to a close and we accepted the car on the condition that stone chips would be buffed away and a detailed interior clean would be completed. - neither was done to luxury dealership standards. There was dust and coffee splash stains throughout the car.4. We should have been provided green licenses plates, given this was a PLUG-IN hybrid. My husband then needed to take 3 hours out of his day to go to the ministry and have the plates changed, which the ministry charged us for on top of what we already paid to the dealership.This has been the most disappointing vehicle purchase we've ever made. When you spend over 50K, you expect better service than just buying a pair of shoes.

No decency to return my inquiries. Twice I spent 10 minutes providing my information via chat. The “internet manager” was supposed to get back to me. Even follow-ups we’re not successful. If they ignore someone who is trying to purchase a vehicle, imagine the lack of service after you paid for a car. Quite the surprise as well when you consider a volume dealership such as DVNL is quick to return calls and a small town dealership can’t.Would never consider this place again.

I was looking for a car and my search landed me at Lexus of Barrie. I'm lucky I got sent to Michael Cerrone by the receptionist. He was a straight forward no nonsense sales guy. Good customer service, organized, quick to respond, etc. I did this deal 90 % over the phone and email. When I came to pick up the car I signed a couple of papers and that was it. Will definitely be back and hope to do business with Michael again in the future. Thanks again. Oh I should also mention that I'm not even from the area but it's worth the drive to Lexus of Barrie.

We have been clients at Lexus Barrie for almost 7 years! And not once have I felt Like we haven’t received the best service possible! Of course , Michael is the sales agent that we have been dealing with from the beginning. And the 5 stars belong to him. He’s always ready to help and always succeeds in ensuring that we are 100% happy. Lexus of Barrie is the best!!

Worst customer service. For over a month both my son-in-law and I have made several attempts at having auto start and tire sensors installed on my car. Still waiting for a call back from two different staff. Well guess what? I am done waiting. They may not value me as a customer but I sure Lexus Richmond Hill or Lexus Ajax will! Thanks for nothing Lexus Barrie.

From start to finish, he provided exceptional service that exceeded my expectations.Nick accommodated my urgent timeline without hesitation and was able to work with me to ensure that everything was completed on time. His professionalism throughout the process was truly impressive, and I felt confident that I was in good hands.What really stood out to me was how Nick went above and beyond to ensure that the delivery of my vehicle was seamless. Recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. Let me start off by saying how clean and nice the inside of the building looked, it really felt like you were walking into a luxury car brand dealer.Everyone I dealt with, starting with my sales rep Nick, the sales manager Micheal, business manager Kevin, and service advisor Kevin was very upbeat, kind, and amazing to deal with. No pressure sales, no pressure add ons and a little flexibility made the sale go smoothly as possible.I defiantly recommend Lexus of Barrie for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle, I would buy from here again!
