I love Nancy's! I have been going for over a year now and I am very pleased with their service! Their nails always last and they are very affordable! Overall a 5 stars from me!

Best nails in town I think. My last set lasted almost a month with no chipping or lifting or anything! Nice people work here and the quality of work is top notch

I have been with Nancy Nails since they were in Penticton. I was so happy when I moved to Rutland a few years later and they were located there. I live in Summerland and tried many others in Summerland and Penticton, but now will always go back to Nancy. She is quick and precise and does a fabulous job. I can count on my nails being strong and beautiful from month to month. I also love really enjoy all the ladies that work in the salon. It is a fun place to be. I love going to this salon for my manicures. All the ladies are lovely and whenever I bring in a design they are willing to try to make it happen. Lately Amy has been doing my nails and she is absolutely fabulous. I love this salon and the service I get every time!

Horrible experience with waxing. Been getting waxed for many years and the kind of pain I felt here, I've never felt. I told the lady that was waxing me that I can help stretch the skin to help with the pain and she didn't listen. I asked if we can do it in small patches, she did not listen. She was very rough. I'm left with bruises all over. Do not recommend. There are still big patches of hair left everywhere and she still charged me over $100 for it.I went back and told them they didn't charge me fairly due to the lack of service, they were rude and started acting racist towards me. Instead of finding a solution for all this, the lady who waxed me started talking badly in Vietnamese about me and laughed. I have never left a bad review for any business, however, this one tops the cake. The customer service was absolutely horrible. Please save your money and go somewhere where they show their customers proper care and actually listens to their customer's wants and needs. This place does not deserve it.

Amazing nails been to 4 salons, went in here last minute today and she she killed it. Already booked my next appt. She paid attention to detail def my goto place for nails now

I live in downtown Kelowna but have been going here for pedicures for about 4 years. There are tonnes of places near my home but I don’t mind the distance. I have gone to numerous places in town but I find the staff here are so lovely and they pay great attention to detail. I always leave happy with what they have done. I love the staff at Nancy’s and highly recommend.
