Your site says open until 4:30 and I got here before 4 on a Friday and you were closed. A really big inconvenience. Even thought the sign on the door said 4 I was there before that and stuff I'll closed

We don't know if these guys are any good. When we called today asking for a product, the person who answered the phone was so dismissive and rude and absolutely horrible that we decided to go somewhere else. It's as though they don't actually want to sell any products.

Good service, always lots of stock on hand. The gentleman who served me remembered who I was after 3 years. He also remembered my old company name. The last time I was in there my 12 year old son was in a bad situation, which I shared with him. He asked how he was doing. I was impressed and flattered.
