Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Walked in and saw every single table dirty and the garbage overflowing. The 5 employees looked like they were dead inside and moved so slow with no sense of urgency. Seems like they all hate their jobs and you could tell. After walking across the pickup area which was sticky and full of more garbage under my feet, I proceeded to wait for my name to be called. As I waited I saw the guy walk to the back and drop a bunch of cups. He laughed and put them back up on the shelf. I counted about 5 flies buzzing around within eyeshot and can’t even imagine how many more were in the back. Received my coffee with melted ice and so much more room left to fill the cup. How on earth does that happen when I’m literally waiting for my drink? This place is a disaster and it’s just terrible to see how gross the place is kept. Definitely going to give AHS a call to check on their sanitation standards because from what I see the place is gross!!

If there's a zero rating for this experience, I would have chosen it. I ordered for 2 cups of decaf, the server poured regular coffee in both cups and diluted it with hot water. So disappointed!!!

The staff is highly unprofessional, there's a lady named Shabana, she was rude and racist towards me. I asked her politely but she was replying in the most unprofessional manner. I think she should be fired. If the tim hortons management reads this please contact me.

I’m surprised to see there’s no even plastic bag to carry food or drinks to that restaurant, I wish they could do something better to make everything possible, for example if I were the manager come to a restaurant and place the order and all your hands a full and you don’t have even time to answer your phone because you carried everything in your hands what would you do. So do something.

Excellent coffees.I love it's Ice Cappuccino - original. They do have with Oreo, Vanilla & Caramel too.There small Donuts are also very yummy.Potato Veggies is not very nice.

Please have your employees read their customers order properly first before making the food cause we’re paying properly not to get a wrong order. And please if I paid for extra bacon I mean extra not just no extra cause i have paid for it like i didn’t ask for it for free, I know they’re tired but please still do your best at your job and slow down cause the faster you are the slower you will be with more mistakes that can happen.

I am drinking Tim's coffee everyday and I know its taste. This location coffee taste horrible. They must have used burnt roast coffee bean. I have tried again today and hoped the taste better, but the coffee taste was very very drak roast coffee. It happens only in this location.Very very disappointed!
