Just to give you example, 5yr term was do in September and seeing rates going up, knew time was now to get locked in. Eric got us taken care of quickly and just before another rate increase. Eric was an outstanding and experienced broker. He was able to find us the best rate at the present time for our mortgage . His direction to apply for the mortgage was simple and he patiently explained to us the steps of getting it. He was able to process our application fast although we got some problem at first because of my job but he was able to solve it earlier than we expected.
