As a first time home buyer, I was incredibly overwhelmed with the process and Asma Sadaf was patient and willing to take the time to walk through each and every step. I was interested in a house at Hidden Valley Heights NW where Elaine was the listing agents. Let me start by saying my experience was awful. She encouraged me not to bring another realtor in when i showed interest which I was fine with and then she mentioned that she was selling her daughter s house, we had mentioned the price we were thinking of and she said it was not enough. She reached out to us a week later saying that she has an offer and trying get us in a bidding war! She said she likes our offer better since we have earlier possession date, but asked us to up the offer. We were 5 k off the other offer and she agreed on the pricing by text" and asked us about conditions ans then never even bothered texting us back!! She reeled us back in to use us as a bait for her offer bid war
