Until We Meet Again Pet Memorial Center

I called this morning to clear up a misunderstanding with my vet clinic and memorial center, I spoke to a member of the Until We Meet Again team named Scott. Scott was extremely transparent and honest and genuine in his approach to the conversation. I was impressed and relieved with his level of professionalism and kindness while speaking with me. He provided me with the honest and accurate information I was looking for and his approach was appreciated. I truly believe they treat our past pets with the upmost care and compassion and if I happen to lose another 4 legged friend again in the future, I will ensure I only use this company's services. I truly feel that they care and that they honor our pets as though they were their own. Thank you.

The staff and service here was exceptional. A nice gentleman named Scott helped us out and we were shown amazing compassion. They're very professional and truly caring and compassionate.Would definitely recommend them to anybody who has just lost their beloved pet.Thanks for everything.

Our beloved dog Siu Hai passed away month ago. I called Until we meet again after some google search and talked to a very nice lady on the phone (sorry I forgot her name cause I was so stress at that time). The lady was so patient and compassionate and she explained in details about the cremation process to us. In the end we went through the process via our vet (Central Park veterinary hospital) and got back Siu Hai's urn and fur colour matching paw print yesterday. The urn was exactly what we wanted and the paw print was done beautifully. We also love the certificate of cremation card included which stated the date of cremation and also assured us the process was done with respect, dignity and compassion . Thank u all the staff member at Until we meet again you guys are amazing !

Very caring and compassionate folks. We got a custom urn from our pup (elsewhere) and our boys remains couldn't fit into the urn in the bag that was originally given to us. They were so accommodating in helping us transfer his ashes. The girl that helped us today even insisted on seeing if she had a cover she could find that would better fit our urn.We also purchased pawprints from them that they matched to the colours of our pup. They did an excellent job with them.Thanks

With the passing of my sweet boy, Killer Oreo, I’m shattered...Until We Meet Again has helped me through one of the toughest things I’ve faced in my life.They didn’t make me feel like the crazy lady crying uncontrollably (and calling multiple times) on the other end of the phone!The staff, most especially Scott - treated me with so much respect, tenderness and compassion, which gave me a sense of relief even for a split second in my mourning!My sweet boy passed on February 24, 2021. I was not due to have him back until March 4. I had called and asked if they could have him back home to me for his 14th birthday (March 2, 2021), and they did! I got Killer back on March 1, 1 day before his birthday and 3 days ahead of schedule!Still waiting on the urn I ordered BUT they gave me a standard wooden urn in the meantime (with his name engraved on it), which is still very beautiful!We just got Killer’s paw prints back today with a tiny bag of his fur♡ I’m elated!Thank you Until We Meet Again!You guys are the best!!

This place has been amazing since our dog Kobi passed. They are very sympathetic, and understanding to all our needs. The pricing was absolutely reasonable. I had changed my mind a couple times with in the day, called them and with out hesitation, they accepted my requests. All the staff are very kind and caring. I felt at peace leaving my dog with them for cremation. I am looking forward to when they call us so we can go pick Kobi up, and bring him back home.Thank you to all the staff at Until We Meet Again.

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for the great service that is offered at Until We Meet Again. I lost my Beloved sweet Koko, a yorkie X on Dec 31, 2019 at the age of 15.5years. I met with Eloise and was greeted so warmly. She led me through my options for cremation and keepsake products. My family and I had booked a “One last goodbye” at a few days later and the experience was outstanding . My Koko was treated with such respect and dignity when they brought him out for our viewing . It is true to say, our Fur Babies are like our own children. They are a piece of our family. Today’s experience was unforgettable; we had a candle and incense burning, and played a song for our time together . The staff accommodated our needs to the point that my family and I all felt at Peace celebrating and saying our good byes in such a warm , safe environment .Thank you to all the Staff for your great service. Such an Honour .

Of course going to this place means bad news and an unfortunate loss but nonetheless this was a very nice experience and was handled very professionally and caring. We took our bearded dragon in a few days after she passed to get her prints done, we decided to cremate her but werent ready to let her go just yet...they put no pressure on us you to hurry and make a decision. We ended up making an appointment for 2 days after so our daughters could be there to say goodbye. They have a way of talking to you, almost comforting during this hard time. The day of her appointment for cremation was just going quickly through the details. We were than left alone to say our goodbyes without any pressure to be rushed out. After saying our goodbyes we were able to willingly leave the business without having to communicate with the associate.I am very happy with the paw prints and when we picked her up after cremation she was nicely packed in a box that was nicely packaged. Along with a beautiful card with a beautiful saying. Thank you so much for taking care of us through the difficult time. We will definately be bringing our cat there when that time comes.

After 17 years I had to say goodbye to my beloved Misty on January 8 2020. The staff at Until We Meet Again are truly amazing, very compassionate. A very difficult time for me, Eloise was very understanding as we went through all the options for Misty.Thank you to Eloise and all the staff at Until We Meet Again.

I was greeted by Gareth with the sincerest compassion when I brought my beloved Buster in for cremation. I showed up unannounced, and there was no hesitation in offering me immediate assistance. My boy was treated with so much love and respect, and I brought him home the following day....today. There are no words to express my gratitude during this time of sorrow. Thank you.
