Food is good but they don’t have enough staff for weekends. Just two little girls working and trying to keep up with the orders. I got my All Canadian order after 45 minutes

Now THAT'S a Lettuce Wrap! Always a great value. A thousand percent better than the other places when you ask for a lettuce wrap. Usually other places will give you one thin, limp piece of lettuce.

They fired the manager that cared about customer service and the owner is running it. I will not support a franchise that was doing well because of this lady who cared and now the owner is thinking they can provide the same service. There are other A&W's that care about your customers and employees vs profit. You won't last if your reputation is garbage.

I don’t get the negative reviews, been to many A&Ws as a remote worker that uses them for a “change of pace” and this is the most convenient one (parking, lots of space, chairs, electric plugs, wifi, accesible bathrooms) and with the best service in the area for these kind of franchises.

very bad experience as a team member. the owner is such a selfish woman only thing she cared about is profit, no customer service, no support to team members. opposite to this she treats them like slaves. so much work and pays nothing. there is no manager, she has taken control of everything and in such a bad way that she is so dominant. such a greedy woman
