UNB Saint John Summer Hotel - Front Desk

The price is phenomenal. The rooms are everything you need. Your within walking distance to the Saint John hospital. Bit further away from restaurants and the city.

Beds are comfortable place is clean and the kitchen area is small but usefully for 2 friends on holiday. It's great value for the money and close or easy access to everything.

THe UNB summer hotel is in a very beautiful location,was quiet,clean affordable and very comfortable.I stayed there for a few weeks while my husband was in the Saint John Regional Hospital and for me this place was a real God send in every way for which we will always be grateful.Carla went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with my accommodations when hospital dates kept changing and her whole staff was equally helpful,caring,kind and friendly.They are a real team for sure and I would not hesitate to highly recommend this summer Hotel.A heart felt thanks to each and every one of you with deep appreciation and a big thumbs up!Blessings!Jane and Steve Lange.

The rooms are very nice 2 room suites, with air-conditioning and good food. It was a very nice place to stay for an overnight trip for our summer program.

We booked and lucked out to get an accommodation in the new residence and it was so nice! Way better than I had anticipated. It was air conditioned, clean and rooms were spacious. We had two rooms that shared a bathroom. Would highly recommend and stay again if in the Saint John area.

My kobo was stolen in my room that I was staying when I went site seeing and they didn't clean the room they just throw away our trash. I reported it but they did nothing. Security is 0.No air conditioning and a small window.

It is what it is...No signage what so ever on how to sign in. Left standing in an entryway with a locked door until we caught the eye of the person working the office. Same on check out.Rooms are what they are - beat up dorm rooms recently vacated.Got a double room with private bathroom. On the surface things looked clean, but I suspect the students looking after this don't know that you have to lift the toilet seat to actually clean a toilet. There was quite a scene under the seat. This leaves me suspicious of the rest of the room.Strange that on checking in at 6pm they had to send me away so that they could clean" a room. Had to come back after 7pm.The toilet leaked leaving a lovely surprise in sock feet at bed time. Covered most of the bathroom floor making getting in and out of the tiny shower interesting

Really nice place to stay .. close to the hospital. Not a lot of options for food within walking distance but you can get the bus into town.

It was all i expected for the money spent. the room and bathrooms were clean. Parking was lit and building seemed secure. It was close to the hospital. About a 3 min walk. easy check in and out. it was a place to relax after a stressful day.

Wonderful place to stay. Nice, clean and oh so quiet. Staff is very inviting. I recommend this place to anyone visiting Saint John. Transit right at the door to take you downtown!
