Great taste and the staff was really helpful and polite. My granpa once visited this place, he was having trouble in ordering the food but the staff was so nice that they helped him to decide and even accompanied him to his seat.

The dine in is very nice .The staff are very friendly. I ordered my food they gave me number to be seated and in no time my food was delivered on table .the server ask if we need anything

I had a great experience with this branch of A and W.The customer service was too good.The front people were too nice with the customers and the food was also very delicious.I love to go there again and again

Convenient location, LOOKS bright and clean. I'll never know for sure because despite saying on the seating room door it's open 24 hours, in fact it's open 6 am to midnight, and the staff member wouldn't open it for me at 5:15 am. No doubt that is not his decision, but some brilliant corporate manager's. For people without cars, there's no place to sit outside that I saw, and what happens when it's raining or cold? What makes this decision worse is that the restaurant is opposite a massive public transport hub, with people coming and going on foot, Skytrain, and bus at all hours. I'd be interested to hear the reason for discrimination against pedestrians. It isn't to better serve customers.

Never had an issue ordering through the drive through before but recent order my partner picked up was awful.Got fries instead of the poutine we ordered, they missed packing our honey mustard for the chicken strips, ordered a sweet cream cold brew root beer and got a normal root beer slush. Don't know what's going on with this location since they renovated

This location is now offering frozen root beer! It's basically a slushee but with A&W root beer. Really delicious on hot days. $4.99 for a regular size.

I planned on giving a lower review, because of inflation....But i can't. The food was nice. Everything was clean. It came fast, when we had limited time....So, ALL good. Just, $30 for 2 people.... I guess that isn't bad. We left full.....
