Costco Food Court

It's amazing that you can get two hot dogs or sausages, and drinks and a large container of tasty, crispy French fries for less than $7. It's tasty and so reasonably priced, that it's a fantastic deal. We've also had the chicken wings and they're great. Plus you get get soft ice cream cones...a combo of vanilla and chocolate and it's so tasty!

Sone food is Cheap but not much variety.

Look for the deals. Some items are not a deal

The food here is really good, especially at the price point. However, some of the ladies behind the counter serving orders have zero customer service skills.I have see them talk down to customers. Their lack of professionalism creates a lot of frustration for the customers as well for themselves.Part of the frustration is the lack of proper order tracking. Whoever is working behind the counter has to yell out the order number. Why can't they install a TV over/beside the counter that reads out, 'Now Serving Order #____' ?Today I had asked for Onions, and the one lady flat out lied and said no more. I was lucky another worker checked and turned out they had. Again, zero customer service/satisfaction.There are 2 or 3 really bad ladies working behind the counter who don't know how to do their job properly. The rest of the crew is great.

Ordered chicken sandwich. 4 time ordering it. It's quite good. Unfortunately this time the bun was great but the chicken inside tasted as if it was 3 hrs old. I know it's covid times so instead of the person acknowledging the product was old and just changing the item she proceeded to argue with me. All same she said. Yup. Thanks.

The manager needs to train the staff. Today the lady who was giving dumpling samples was so rude,so rude. She did not answer people questions about the product, what is in it, where people could find that item. I have seen others try to sell the item,provide information, if the item is on sale, the price, weight, ingredients and so many information. We bought so much stuff because of the sample and person offering that sample. But with this lady When i asked where the item was she just pointed at her back and i told her where she followed me and almost attacked me. A couple were there came to me and told me that she did similar behavior with them as well.Note, base on what I wrote up here, i originally gave a 1 star but i had so much better experience because of 2 other staff an i will add them here. First was a lady who was putting some stuff back in their places and noticed us looking at some termal socks and showed us her owe sucks, the same one and said that they were great and we bought 2 packs. Bare in mind i did not need any socks. Second was a yonge lady in check out, she arranged our shopping so nicely and neatly and she was such a nice lady. So i increased the 1 star to 3 stars.

Great value for the money. The selection isn't large but the items they offer are always amazing. Hot dog is by the far the best item on the menu, for only a dollar and a half you get a decent size hot dog and a drink. It's often hard to find an empty table though.

Very happy to be here. Although a new store to us (we frequent Kingston Costco) we found everything we needed and then some! We will return
