I hired Lalande plumbing to redo my kitchen, they had a great guy in there that designed my hold kitchen would take care of all the contractors to renovate my kitchen. But when it was time to start Lalande let this guy go and all the contractors involved and was told that his guys would do my kitchen. I put my confidence in him saying they are the experts. There where alot of things during reno that i didn't agree with but i was told they were the professionals. Anyway after two months done my floor started falling apart they would fix it changing thing saying that fix it but after a few more month again same problem . They kept trying to blame it on the flooring so the rep for the floor came and stated it was the installation the problem they didn't level the floor . Now Lalande is saying that its my problem . Not to happy there are many spots lifting on my floor. I don’t recommend this company. I wish i would have listen to my neighbours that knew someone with a bad experience. I warn you dont give them your money. Tried posting pictures but wont let me .

W O R S T E X P E R I E N C E E V E R ! ! !Went in to get a few parts for my bathroom. Didn't hear back for 6 months. Went it in person, and was told my order was cancelled and that they called me 8 times in the past 6 months (Check my call history then called twice in the last week - 6 months after ordering) - The owner berated his employee in front of customers, then proceeded to sell the incorrect parts......Never again...Do not recommend.....Especially when you treat your employees like that in front of customers......Imagine how he treats his employees when no one is around......wow

In my opinion this was a less than desirable experience, make sure you have everything in writing (contract) with this company. Shop around first as they are more expensive than the competition and ensure that your schedule is on paper as well as a handshake does not mean much to certain people. If I was personally going to do it again I would keep scrolling to find another company and save myself some trouble.

I called to ask about a job to be done and an approximate price for it. Owner was very rude and was kind of yelling at me! I even had to tell him that he can be a bit nicer.An advice from a business owner, if you don’t have patience and you don’t know how to be polite, don’t own a business!

The plumber fixing the pipes of my sink have to wait two times for the parts to be arrived and it still counts as labour costs per hour. It took two hours for him to fix only a few parts. The plumber also didn't use new parts but use my old parts to connect together. When he finished fixing and left, one of the strainers is still leaking so I had to fix it myself. I told the owner about this and didn't listen. I don't recommend this.

Sent along a helper who retrieved one screwdriver from truck and tried to charge me for his hours. Stay away from this company . Will never use again. One should never be charged for helpers.

One star is too high.Requested a quote from them and only had two requirements before I gave them the job. One, don't go over the quote and two, make sure you meet my deadline of June 1st.They were going to be about twice the quote, at over 16,000.00, had I not stopped them. I paid them over 10,500.00 and an additional 2000.00 for another plumbing company to finish the work they quoted at 8400. They also were still not done as of Thursday last week, when I fired them.They cried that their plumber had quit the week I gave them approval. That's why they couldn't meet my deadline. My argument is they should have been up front and told me so I could have accepted the delay or got my deposit back and went elsewhere.They claimed that they went over the quote because of unforeseen circumstances. They tried blaming me for not having the CSA approved faucets. My argument is they half assed the quote.I provided plumbing diagrams from a reputable engineer that was 100% approved by the city with no modifications required.The plumbing inspector was also only a phone call away if they weren't experienced in salon plumbing and requirements. Had they done their homework properly, they would have known without a doubt, what had to be done.The plumbing inspector made sure they were well aware what they would have to do when he did his first inspection, yet they still installed the incorrect fittings and tried to blame the inspector for it.They arbitrarily create additional invoices without approval. They're unavailable and don't return phone calls or respond to emails when you're trying to confirm when they actually plan on working.They invoice you for work that they haven't completed and then magically they're available to email you, requesting payment for the work they haven't completed.The end of the day this was a great life lesson for me, one that you don't have to experience for yourself. Do yourself a favour and avoid them...

After visiting the store on multiple occasions, I decided to a add a review to highlight the positive experience. In summer 2020, we visited the store the first time, after it was recommended by our contractor. The service received was useful in making informed choices. In 2021, I returned for additional products and it was another positive experience. The store closes at noon on Saturdays and has decent hours during the week as well.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They were over a month late on the new toilet install in my bathroom.They charged me $2500 more than their quote and my toilet they installed leaked. I caught the plummer sniffing my panties out of the laundry and am missing a few pairs since they left. they also smelt like alcohol while they were working.

Very satisfied from start to finish. Came to my home took the measurements, made a sketch of my layout and gave me a detailed step by step quote. Their interior designer chose fantastic tiles and paint. The product and workmanship could not have been better. Workers are clean and professional. Such a big investment in a home and I am satisfied I chose them.
