I had a thoroughly pleasant experience with Assured on Keele. Elizabeth, in the office, is so nice and accommodating and made the unpleasant task of getting my car fixed such a painless experience. The repair is flawless and I was delightfully surprised that the car was washed and the interior cleaned when I picked it up. Thanks to everyone who worked on my car. It looks great.

They do poor quality work, and schedule months out from the date you actually show up for an estimate. People unfortunately don’t realized if their vehicles are non drivable or they feel “Unsafe” driving it, insurance affiliated shops are required to take them in right away meanwhile they won’t if you don’t push for it, instead driving a damaged car for months until your actually drop off date. Make sure the repairs match the invoice sometimes they’ll sneak additional charges on the invoice claiming they blended the paint meanwhile they just buffed and cleaned the affected area.

Not impressed with this company. Brought my vehicle in for body and trim work on the front driver side. When I got my car back, the front driver turn signal wasn't working. No issue with the turn signal prior to dropping the car off. Assured Toronto West" tried to tell me that it was a bulb maintenance issue (without even looking at the vehicle). What a joy it is to have our experience from start to finish to be so positive. Our insurance company sent us to Assured Automotive to have our back bumper replaced. The service was excellent and the job was so well done. before the expected completion date. We really appreciated being informed all the time throughout the job. We would definitely recommend Assured Automotive.

Quality Control Issue.Location: 561 Keele St, Toronto, ON M6N 3G4Aftermarket part was installed at the front bumper and theres a gap in between the headlights and the frame. Also, the grills were not lining up / fitting properly. There were still some paint left on the headlights when they repaint the bumper.I contacted them regarding this issue but still no response after almost 2 months as they said they are waiting for my insurance to approve the replacement and get them pay the cost to fix the car again. (June 1, 2023).Final Update: June 5, 2023I spoked with their General Manager Brian, he told me that they will not replace/fix the bumper. He said that this is NORMAL" for them and "NORMAL" for aftermarket parts that it will have some damage/problem or defective. He keep saying that 95% of aftermarket parts are good and 5% are not

Very unprofessional they have a quality control problem they will give yu back your car not properly fixed and try and pull a fast one on you after they change you more the 5000 dollars ... and this is the second time after they took it back to fix crazy ... CRAZY

My husband went to get our family car fixed and upon pick up there was no walk through on what was done the mechanic who did the repair work was out for he holidays. When he finally made it home we notice the work we sent the car in for was not complete. We called and informed them the work wasn't done. We were told to return the car in the new year. We did just that. We returned our car and within 4 hours we were called to picked it up. Upon the second pick up the car was still not repaired. We called and spoke to the mechanic and nothing was resolved. They do not care about the quality of the repair.

Highly recommend! They kept me updated with all the changes and finished the job before the predicted date. They also washed my car in addition to vacuuming and cleaning the interior, whichI thought was a very nice touch.
