The walk in counter is great. Friendly, efficient service, the money was received within a few days. The website is another story. It is frequently offline and is unpredictable as to when you can log in to transact business.

Iremit and Iremitx used to be good and reliable, but not until lately. I sent thru Iremitx within 2 consecutive weeks and it both failed to deliver on time. The transaction made by August 8 was credited on recipient’s account on August 15. How is it possible to take a week to credit to the bank account? This service isn’t reccomended for those who need to send money for emergency purposes. There are a lot other and BETTER remittance service to do business with! Time to switch.

Bad customer service. One of the staff with a short hair, petite doesn't even smile. She sounds rude when she talk to a customer. Snobby and not polite. When you put people on the front desk, make it sure that they talk nicely and respond to a customer in a gentle way. If I can rate this as minus star, I would but I had no choice but to click 1 star. Change the way how you welcome people, that way more people will encourage to go to your office.

Iremitx its suck. I sent money last monday until now my beneficiary didnt received the money. I checked my accnt online , the history it says approved! Then i called the customer service she say nothing in my accnt. I sent thru email to proof the money deduct in my accnt. she told me wait the call... i waited 4 hours no phone calls received. I called again., the lady told me they traced my deposit, she asked the security question and answer.. and she told me the money received the beneficiary by 2pm.. after few hours I received the email that they dont traced my deposit! and i called again now they told me they didnt released the money yet.. they dont know when.. and now they told me to wait until 2am. Why you didnt told me before the first beginning if there is no garauntee the beneficiary received the moneytoday. IF you need urgency dont sent money in IREMITX online esp in interac e transfer

The place is small with 3 counters most of the time when it's busy. I send money to family here from time to time and they recieve it immediately with photo ID. All good I guess.

Before I love this remitance center...but from now on I will never remit here...it takes seven working days to recieve.8 days still haven't recieve .Avoid i remit!!!! Better close the remittance center becoz too slow processing seems they are using the money first before transfer it to the reciever...fist off!!!!

Their bank to bank service is not good. For 2 weeks and 3 follow up calls the money don't receive in the Philippines

Service not good its 3weeks already the money not yet deliver. Many times to update they always says sorry. Hope they gonna send money in my parent bank account, they need that money for medicine. Is they not take action. Please guys can u helped to report this.

Im your regular customer Iremit Bathurst my concern only please be considered to those people who had emergency problem like today it happened to me I had bad feelings and I asked one of the staff if the allowed me to used the washroom because i had to pee badly i asked favour her if i can used the washroom, i know and I understand that the pandemic is everybody was aware of that not allowed to used washroom as humanitarian you can consider right.i had one kidney and it was difficult for me..i never asked favour if i can hold it.. sad to say never help me..i was disappointed and cry.. but I'm greatful and luckily the “popeyes”allowed me even though does not allowed but as humanitarian the helping me. Im pilipino thought was pilipino staff are very helpful, but no disappointment...

Been a custoner for more than 10 years. It has been more than a week and have not received funds in the Phils from Toronto. I used online app. Customer service says will check but funds not yet deposited.
