Waiting for months and was eventually told they didn't know what I was waiting for. Called every week to check in and kept getting reassured it was fine until finally they admitted they had no idea what I was waiting for. To out a cherry on top one of their work vans tailgated me, flipped me off and then cut me off and brake checked me. Real classy. Our company will be going elsewhere from now on.
