Only going off of today's experience ( 1st time in this place) had a free mystery gift" on wish to pick up. Lady was super friendly with me and my 3 year old and we got to pick something out of a basket of goodies my daughter was pumped. To top it off the clerk said " I have something else for you too !" And brought my daughter a dancing ribbon she said her grandson makes them. So it was a quick in and out but made my daughter's day."

Just shop anywhere but here. Horrible service. Unprofessional and rude staff. Repeatedly dropped the ball on all promises made. Promised alterations. Picked up the dress. it was altered alright....with a hot glue gun and some stitching that looked like it was done by the preschooler that was running around playing in the dresses when we were there. Save yourself the heartache and shop somewhere else

Unfortunately not the greatest place to go...hard to get ahold of store owner to setup appointments, not always a nice clean place, wedding dress was missing tie for corset, almost had to wear a dress I wanted to exchange to a wedding because store own was very late in responding back. Would not recommend to anyone.

Was super friendly and easy to get along with, she is very generous and threw in extras for my sisters wedding. Got our baby's flower girl dress there and it was super affordable (along with every thing else there). She definitely went out of her way to make sure we got incredible service and stayed open an extra two hours to accommodate the wedding parties schedule. Very genuinely concerned about making sure my sister got the perfect dress for her wedding ❤️(Plus she puts you in dresses that are your size so you don't feel bad if you aren't a size 8!)I'll definitely shop there again for any fancy occasion ☺️

Went in looking for flower girl dresses was not positive on the size u needes bought one and was able to return for a smaller size she was great with my kids they got to take home a gift each also got some special stuff for my bridal party thanks for all your help renee it was wonderful working with you and look forward to it again in the future

This place is a scam, if your buying from this place keep in mind your most likely buying other people's dresses on consignment and then she is never paying them for it. She held my sister's dress and bridesmaids dresses hostage for over 5 years. Everytime my sister contacts her to picked it up she ends up not responding.

This place is as crooked as it could get. Took my items and she will not give them back. If they have sold she has either no record of it or no intention of ever paying me what was agreed upon. If you have consignment items there get them now before she packs up shop again. Always different excuses and now just 0 reply.

The owner is not very personable, I ordered 2 custom designs from her. When I noticed one was the wrong color and she immediately offered to fix it. She screen shot our conversation to show I had agreed to the certain color. I showed her in the conversation where I discussed the proper color. Very abrupt and rude. I decided to take the items (one being the wrong color) so I don’t have to deal with her again. Would not recommend custom work from her.

I'm sad to say I cannot recommend this store. Two wedding parties that I have been in have had issues. Deposits on dresses but the dresses never ordered was one of the main issues. Would not return calls or resolve issues. Weddings are stressful enough without being ripped off or ignored. It seems that the only good reviews are from the owner's friends or people that have just bought things outright. I would worry though because if the item that is bought is a consignment item there is a pretty good chance the REAL owner will not get their money. There are lots of other ethical and professional places to buy wedding items without encouraging the owner to continue these kinds of practicesUpdate: Owner denies taking deposits and says that is that happened it would be an employee that no longer works here. However there appears to be a difference of opinion. See photos below. She took down all the bad reviews on Facebook, so I guess she will do the same here to stop people from showing who she really is and exposing lies
