I purchased a TV recently from this store. I received the TV from the owner. I set it up and tried turning it on, but it wouldn't work or turn on. I called the owner, and he blamed it on me and said that it was my fault and maybe I dropped it. We kept calling him for weeks, but he ignored our calls and didn't pick up. So I called from a different number and he answered and said that he would bring another new TV for me. After a month he brang the TV, and when I opened it and set it up there were scratches and fingerprints on the TV. It was clearly used. We called him, and he said he had no idea why this happened, and he would give an answer in 3 days. Still to this day he has called back. So be careful when buying from this store, because everything is used, and all he will do is give you stress.

My own shopping experience at Riz' store has been nothing but pleasant.The Samsung soundbar I just bought from him was brand new. Riz took time to show me the product pieces to my satisfaction in his store. My unpacking and setup at home also confirmed that the soundbar cannot be any different than what I could have got from a big store like B*buy, yet only cost me half of the listed price! Its serial number has been validated through Samsung website.Riz' store is full of product boxes he's selling, so it's quite messy, but that doesn't affect the quality of the product I bought from him, also if you don't prefer to deal with the cell phone repair guy or anyone else there, you might want to give me a call first before you go, since he may not be at the store all the time. As long as you're prepared with such expectation, you most likely will be very happy with your purchase like I do.

The seller was ready to deliver the TV to my home in Scarborough and accepted cash payment. Initially I was reluctant to contact this store after reading negative comments about them. However

I recently purchased a soundbar from this seller. There were mixed reviews and this initially gave me some concern.Speaking from my own experience, everything was as promised. This was a Canadian product with full manufacturers warranty. The seller went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.As always, do your own research (especially with online forums like Kijiji). In this case I couldn't be happier.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Riz while purchasing my first high-end TV, an LG OLED C2.He offered the best price on the market for a sealed box genuine LG brand new product. Riz was a very upfront and professional business man and answered all of the questions I had for him, specifically in regards to the manufacturers warranty offered on the TV. He provided me all the details on how their store is an authorized LG dealer and ensured me that he only sells brand new products that come with manufacturer warranties.I am unable to get use out of the TV immediately as I am moving in the near future and Riz was very understanding of this and offered me an additional 30 day in-store warranty on top of their already existing warranty policy to ensure I got good use out of the TV before the warranty period expired.Overall, I had a very good experience with Home Line Electronics and would recommended this store to any individual looking to purchase a new TV.

Yesterday I purchased a brand new Samsung Soundbar Q910/ZC for an incredibly low price, 1/3 of of Best Buy price. I was reluctant to buy from them due to negative comments. But the insane price attracted me beyond everything. Decided to take a risk and it paid off. Soundbar was brand new in a sealed box and setup was a breeze. It am enjoying the soundbar now. *UPDATED DEC 2021* On 1 September, 2020 I purchased an LG C9 - model #OLED65C9PUA - for $2,199.99 + HST + shipping ($69.99) for $2,565.08. Prior to purchasing the TV, I contacted the seller by telephone on 3 separate occasions requesting details on the television and asked for him to confirm that it was brand new each time we spoke. In addition to advertising it as brand new, he assured me it was and the receipt indicates the same - that the TV was brand new.I paid him via EMT, since I live in Winnipeg, and he shipped it the following evening, 2 September. The TV arrived at my house on the 9th of September and it was clearly not a new television. Most of the packaging had already been opened, the TV screen has burn in damage, the original hardware was replaced with generic hardware missing the washers, and there are at least 2 dead pixels in the OLED display as well. I have attached photos of the receipt, TV as it was opened, and pixel screen damage. I have additional photos as well.I immediately contacted the seller and worked to be find a resolution to the problem. We eventually agreed, on the morning of 9 September, that I would be refunded the amount I paid and that he would send the same courier, Canpar, to pick up the TV. I repackaged all the items carefully and correctly and it continues to sit in my home ready for pickup. I have sent repeated calls and texts requesting the money be refunded and, despite assurances that he would do so, he has not. He has also stopped answering my telephone calls.I will continue to work to be refunded the amount I paid and, upon receipt of the refund, I'll remove this post. Until then, I suggest buyers beware.UPDATE DEC 2021: I was recently contacted by the owner of Home Line Electronics and he tried to bribe me to take this review down. I reiterated to him that he HAD an opportunity to make our arrangement right and he chose not to. I told him I would not take it down until he did. He tried to bribe me with a $100 gift card. Lol!

Riz was highly responsive and professional throughout our interaction and simply offered a price point that cannot be matched in the GTA.My TV was brand new in the box

Purchased 82 inch samsung TV On Nov-2021Initially I was bit skeptical to buy TV from him due to negative comments. Price was really attractive and decided to take riskI told him that, due to negative comments on internet I will give the cash on delivery only once I verify that TV is brand new(unopened box) , no damages and register device on samsung website to ensure that its covered under warranty.He has agreed on the conditions and delivered on TV same day. I have paid the money after verification. I am happy with the purchase from him.Note: one star less because, initial receipt provided by him was not actual one. That invoice had HST amount collected without HST number on receipt. I demanded for proper receipt and he has provided that on next day
