Called me back within 1 business day (after trying multiple groomers in town who were very non-responsive.) First time having to take my puppy for his nails trimmed and he’s extremely wiggly. It took 2 staff to do his nails so it was a bit extra ($20) but they were so patient and didn’t make me feel like he was an inconvenience. Even though they had a dog being groomed, they got me in and out in 5 mins. They don’t take debit but they do take etransfers and they told me to just send it when I got home which I thought was very trustworthy.

Connie does such a perfect groom on our golden-doodle! We asked for an uncommon request for a “not so short” poodle cut muzzle and she did it so nicely. She is easy to communicate with, very friendly, and best of all is clearly great at what she does. Highly recommend
