Terrible and I mean TERRIBLE customer service.I can not believe the rudeness and ignorance I received for a mistake that the Zales team made. I purchased a cradle for my ring and sent it to be sized with my engagement ring set. I told the associate after purchasing I did not want it soldered together. A month goes by and I hear nothing, after a phone call I found out they haven’t touched my ring because I needed to purchase something for my rings to be soldered together (which I did not want). two week later my rings are finally in, to my surprise they are soldered together, unpolished, they don’t even look the same color as when I dropped them off. Very unhappy with the way it looks, I return the cradle I purchased for a refund and sent my rings back again to be fixed. I Finally picked up my rings and I will say, they do look better than they were the last time I picked them up but they still are refusing to refund the protection plan on the ring cradle I returned. I understand mistakes happen but the associates at this store were extremely rude to me when I had a problem with my rings and when I questioned the lack of refund they spoke to me like I was in the wrong. I will never buy anything from zales ever again because of this issue.

I was in today 12-15 a young lady was cashing me out an had assistance from another young lady when I left I checked my receipt a something did not look right so I went back. The one young lady who cashed me out I went back to she then turned to another young lady an asked for help . The young lady came up stared out loud rudely this was done wrong , now in my opinion the 1st young lady looked newer and was asking for help instead of helping her and showing her properly she took me back the the register and stared out loud I will help you an make sure it is done right . The 1st young lady was wonderful an was very helpful I understand mistakes happen (especially when you are not helped properly when asking for the help) so the 1st young lady thank you 5 stars to you the lady who fixed my issue shame on you you should never conduct yourself in that manner . Maybe next time be more helpful to your employee rather than knocking them at the knees!

Very nice people help you with anything your looking for and will suggest things that go with what you already have or what you make look for and they don't yell when you bring your kids they made a joke when I told my little one don't put your fingers all over the glass they have to clean it everytime to touch it the lady response was I'll put her to work my little one said I'm sorry I'll I'll clean it . Very nice people love going there
