Glacier Clear Water

I recently got a water Softner / purifier installed. I dealt with Paul. He is very professional and answered all my questions. They installed everything very nicely and went above and beyond what was expected. They took their time to explain everything after the install was done. I would highly recommend this company.

If you want to buy an air conditioner, Glacier Clear Water is the place to go. You will meet Paul, and my first impression of him was that he is very passionate about what he does. He's a no-nonsense guy who will tell you the truth.I bought an a/c unit in 2012, and he offered a no-pay option for up to 6 months, as well as a 10-year warranty.Unfortunately, I had forgotten about that ten-year warranty, so I decided to subscribe to Reliance Home Insurance in the hope that it would cover my warranty-expired appliances.My 7-year-old furnace stopped working last year, and Reliance came out and replaced the motor. Last summer, my a/c unit stopped working, and Reliance arrived, examined it and informed me that there was a leak.Reliance supposedly fixed it but indicated that it would happen again next summer. Why is this so?In any case, he foresaw the outcome. This spring, there was an issue with my air conditioner, and Reliance assessed it and determined that there was a leak in the main compressor unit. They stated that the compressor was not covered under warranty and that the repair would cost the same as purchasing a new a/c unit.He didn't devote much time to it. (I thought his uniform was too clean.) I couldn't believe that a 7-year-old a/c unit needed to be replaced. The Reliance representative scheduled a visit from one of their sales representatives to sell me an air conditioning unit.When I pulled out my Glacier Clean Water invoice, I was reminded that the unit was covered by a ten-year warranty. I contacted Paul, and he defended his product. As I previously stated, Paul is passionate about his profession and products.He came right away the next day, fitting me in between two other appointments. He examined the unit, performed a quick maintenance, and informed me that I did NOT require a new unit. The unit works like it did when it was first installed.Reliance? Or, rather Doubt?Paul will tell you how it is, but he will be there for you and assist you whether or not you have warranty coverage. He stands behind the products he sells and supports his customers. Even though another company examined the unit he serviced the unit without charge. Without reservation, I strongly recommend Glacier Clean Water.

One word to describe my experience with Glacier Clear (Paul) would be - Wow! I called him to replace our AC and he was able to do it the very next week! Very happy with how smooth and professional our dealings were and the quality of the product, as well as the price. They came highly recommended and I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

Paul installed our ac and water softener 16 years ago and has been accessible and responsive to any questions, maintenance and (minor) service issues as they’ve come up ever since (way past the warranty period). He’s a true gentleman and very customer service focused - both rare qualities these days. Highly recommended!

Had ours done today and loved Paul. He was fast and efficient, and treated my home like his own. He took the time to place my water softener out of the way, and was extremely affordable. Would recommend!

We had an air conditioner, water softener and reverse osmosis filtration system installed by Paul. (In the summer)I cant imagine having somebody else install it! He is helpful and reliable. He’s a nice guy and genuine. If you are looking for anybody to install any of these systems... he is the only person I would recommend.Thanks Paul!

Paul is amazing highly recommend and the company. Paul installed things without issues, gave a courtesy visit after to check up on things and above all gave me a great deal that givese 12 months to pay without interest. Love the professionalism of the guy. Call the company and always ask for Paul!!!
