Came Dec 22 , same day waking up to no heat . Fast, and reliable very affordable. Had furnace working in 15 mins . Cleaned a few sensors. Explained everything. Alex is the man !

We booked with Stephanie for a service on the furnace and fireplace. We were very pleased with the rep that came out. He was very professional and efficient. He explained some things to us that we were not aware of regarding the gas fireplace and this information was indeed very helpful. You learn something new everyday. The pricing was fair and even better with the Fortis rebate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company at all. We will be using them again.

would prefer NO STARS I scheduled a technician to service my furnace and ducts as well as gas fire place. Because of my work schedule I arranged for someone to be here at the agreed upon time which was confirmed just a few days before. No one showed up in the time Frame and no one even contacted me. When I reached out to inquire, I still did not get a response until the next day. this Is unacceptable customer service. Do not book with High Demand Heating. It’s difficult to leave a review for a service I don’t even receive.

Alex did an excellent air ducts and dryer vent cleaning job, was punctual, polite, patient and professional. He welcomed all my questions and offered solutions. Their office staff, Mary and Stephanie, are also very accommodating. It was really a wonderful experience dealing with these good people and I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends. -Jim and family

We hired this company to service our dryer ducts as well as furnace vents. One month later, I had my dryer replaced. The person removing my old one commented how my ducts needed to be cleaned, it looked like it hadn't been done for years. Clearly they didn't do a good job. Also rude to members of my strata. I would steer clear of this company.

Had High Demand Heating High Demand Home Services came over about 2 weeks ago. The gentleman that came was about 10 minutes early to the appointment time. He was very polite and courteous, open to answering any questions, very detail-oriented, and extremely thorough. He cleaned all the ducting, serviced the furnace, and hot water heater, and checked for any leaks in the gas lines, and made sure there were no sources of carbon monoxide that were present. There were no gimmicks, or upselling, and no BS. I felt that the gentleman's 18 years of industry experience reflected well in his workmanship and his overall professionalism. Price was very reasonable for all the work that was completed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting good honest no BS service, and will continue to use them again without hesitation.

On Sat Nov 13/21 at app 11:46 your driver backed into my neighbors basketball hoop that was on the end of her driveway. Not once but twice. When the owner heard the noise and went out, your driver tried to leave but she caught him. Instead of apologizing and making the situation right, he proceed to ream her out and threated to make her pay for the damage he caused. Adding insult to injury, he didn't ever offer any assistance to this fine young mother to move the Basketball hoop back after he caused it to be in the middle of the road.Given this employee actions, and the company's non response to phone calls, email ect actions speak louder then words. I would stay clear of this company.

Bought their recommended furnace 2 years ago, to have it break last night and have absolutely zero heat on the coldest day of the entire winter, to have them to say they couldn't help us. Cause our pumps already somehow busted, and now we can enjoy our Christmas with snow inside as well as out! So if you love the cold these are the guys to go for!

We had a great experience this week with High Demand heating. Our fireplace hasn't worked properly for years so I contacted Stephanie at High Demand on Facebook. A few messenger exchanges later we had an appointment for Monday at 10am.Monday at 10am, Alex, the technician was at the door which was a nice surprise. He cleaned out our fireplace, did some adjustments and our fireplace is working like a charm. : )

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAMMERS ALERT!We have dealt with this company for years for annual furnace maintenance, and got them to install a new furnace and boiler - all without a hitch.We now ordered installation of a high-efficiency gas fireplace from this company. The price quoted was $5,500. The price was a bit steep, so we asked for a reason for that. The reason we were given is that the installation techs have to get up on the roof, and put the lines in.So we thought: let's replace both fireplaces and get a break on the labour component. Well, not so fast. We were told there would be no discount for doing two fireplaces at the same time. After some bargaining back and forth, we got a discount of $200 and the Company paid for permit. So we decided to go ahead, as we really needed to get the fireplace downstairs done before the winter.The Company asked for 50% downpayment - that's reasonable. The amount that they did collect as a downpayment was actually much higher than 50%, but I did not thought much of it - I was distracted on a work phone call, and we've been using their services for so long, that I did not even think twice - final settlement will take care of it, not a big deal, right?!Well, not so much as we found out. Installation was done one week later. But the installation tech did not collect the payment, like they normally would. Instead, he said the office would call me. Again, I did not think twice about that.The office called - on Thanksgiving Day, which was odd. But again, did not think twice of it. At the moment of the call, I did not have the invoice handy, so I just gave them verbal permission to charge me for the balance owing.They charged me $736.50 MORE!!! I noticed the charge right away (I get bank alerts) and by that time I located the invoice. So I called the office to point out the error. The response I got was we don't know
