Ferris is a great mechanic. He has taken care of my Honda Pilot. He is fair, honest, and knowledgeable. The other staff are great too.

The people I dealt with were nice for sure but when it came to my car they didn’t seem very interested in fixing it. I’m not exactly sure why? I have the money and was more than happy to pay whatever cost it would have been but the mechanic I spoke with just kept saying how busy they were. It made me feel like they weren’t interested in fixing my vehicle at all. And that’s totally fine but it seemed like a waste of time to book a diagnostic, wait a week to take my car in and spend the $100.00 fee that they charged. I’m sure the mechanics are great at what they do and like I said they were all very nice but I was definitely disappointed when the mechanic said that he did a couple test drives and it seemed fine but as soon as I got in the car I knew right away they didn’t do any work on it despite him saying it was good to go. I know they reset a bunch of codes and that was appreciated and I know that’s what the $100.00 diagnostic was for but my car still has the same problem and it’s very frustrating.

Went here after seeing all the great reviews. They were super cheap, so I had the inside of my car cleaned. As a bonus, they decided to wash my car (on the outside) too. The wash ended up damaging my car (see photos) and when I asked them to repair it, they told me it wasn't there problem. I won't be going back with customer service like that.

I had an amazing experience here. First of all the prices are unbeatable. I got a quote from another dealer for an insane amount but when coming here they gave me a great deal for $200 less than the other quote. Scott was a great help and got to work on my vehicle as soon as I brought it , even worked through his lunch to get my vehicle done. 10/10 would recommend. His prices can’t be beat, very nice and explained everything to me in detail. Thank you Scott and Ferris! I will be seeing you again :)

Talk to Scott. He’s a wicked nice guy and an honest mechanic, which is a rare breed these days. Sold parts to the guy for almost 6 years at one place and still get calls to my dealership from them. Great shop with a solid history.

Incredibly helpful and attentive. Explained to me what needed fixing and replacing. Very friendly and would absolutely go back to them again.

Great service from Off-Whyte Auto! I came in recently to get multiple things done and they were a huge help. I know very little about cars, so when I needed to find a part they were very kind and wrote down exactly what I needed and gave advice on where to find it. I am from out of province, but if I am in Edmonton and need a service done, I will 100% go here again! Thanks to everyone at Off-Whyte Auto for making my car roadworthy again!

Fantastic service. Needed quick and immediate help on our truck after travelling from up North. They were quick to diagnose the problem and they called me before starting any work. Went above and beyond by cleaning under the hood for me which wasn’t necessary but certainly appreciated!

Fares went way out of his way to look for a solution to fix my car that was affordable for me. He called me frequently to update me, and was honest and respectful the entire time (this is difficult to find as a woman bringing a car into the shop). My car was in and out within 3 hours, without even having an appointment. I'll definitely be going back!
