the product was ok but dropped it off on a Monday told thru glass would be in also told should be ready Friday they called me on Friday to inform of an Item I was interest in purchasing but didn't mention my window I had dropped off start of week asked about it told me they would call me right back never heard another word from them needless to say we had to cancel our long weekend . Then Tues I still had to call back to see if window was ready according to sticker it was done on Friday.

When one of our community kids accidentally broke our window at The HUB at Cowichan Station Denise at Seaside stepped in immediately and offered to donate to our non-profit community centre a new thermal window.
