The clock spring of our Audi A4 was not recognized by the car's computer system and as a result there was a lot of warning lights on the dashboard, and also the controls on the steering wheel were not working. We knew that Audi service would ask a fortune to fix the issue. Trusting to the Google reviews of White Eagle, we took the car to there which was big mistake. We took the car to White Eagle several times back and fort and every time there were more lights on the dashboard. We had to pick up the car time to time because it was taking forever for them to do something to fix it and we didn't want to leave the car there over the weekends. You can see from the pictures the condition of the car when we last picked it up. The last time, we were told that they would give us a call and that phone call never happened. They left their greasy finger prints on the white fabric of the roof. They didn't bother to put the steering wheel cover back on. All the connectors and cables were out and exposed.We had no other chance left but to take the car to the Audi dealer. They fixed the problem very easily in a few hours.

Honesty, integrity, and genuine work is rare to come by in this day and age but when you do come across it one must be very appreciative of it. Jakob and his team are incredible. I am very pleased and fortune to have been introduced to this business via my friend Norman. An example I’d like to share, there’s been a few times where I’ve dropped off the car for a diagnosis and my assessments have been reviewed with honesty. Car had brake sensors going off but the brakes did not need replacement or car went in for one job and another job needed attention but it had more time and did not need immediate attention. These sort of communications between client and business is imperative. Personally for me it’s priceless. This level of transparency. I’m very fortunate that my car has found a new home for its care. Thank you guys.

I just wanted to a big shout out to Jacob and his crew. I was shopping around to find parts for my manual swap on my e92 and they had the patience to answer all my questions (which were a lot lol) and had the patience to deal with my concerns. Can't wait to see the results when you guys are done.

A shop that specializes in German cars that shows respect and care to my car? I never thought I'd find them. But I found White Eagle Motors and they have been awesome. They have thoroughly went through my car and ensured that all the work was done correctly. I appreciate that they got me in on short notice and were able to get my car back to me in just over a week. Will definitely be my preferred shop from now on.

We have Mercedes and BMW vehicles and have used only dealerships in the past. Over the years I can say that I’ve gotten quite tired of the dealership service experience.I’ve wanted to find a good repair shop that could service my vehicles. Recently, I needed a brake job on my BMW M550i and thought that I’d take the plunge to find a shop that specializes in BMW. After research, obtaining quotes and talking to shop owners, I decided on White Eagle Motors. Jacob was great to talk to and we booked a time. He did a road test and determined that indeed it was the rear rotors and pads. The work was completed using OEM parts and in line with the quoted price. I’m very happy with the brake job and the entire experience. We will definitely use these guys again.

We've been coming to White Eagle Motors for just about seven years now and have always had amazing honest service. We are going to be moving and we wish we could take you all with us. It's hard to find a reliable mechanic, if you need one definitely check them out.

Been taking my bmw and my ram1500 to white eagle for few years now and can’t be happier with services and price. Very honest people. Would always give me some tips/advice to save me money. Highly recommend. Best in business

Just had my '11 335 in for a engine diagnosis and dealt with Jakub and rob.Not only did they keep me updated atleast once a day but they were extremely quick and ontop of things. The part that stuck out most to me was that out of the few conversations about parts/repairs and options, not once did i feel pushed or obligated to go through with something or feel that i HAD to buy it.Overall would highly recommend this shop as they are super friendly, quick and the prices are very fair. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Long overdue review, but if you're in the Mississauga area this is hands down the best place to bring your BMW. Jakub and Jason are great, honest guys who put their customers first and will make sure you're treated right.I've brought my 128i here on several occasions and have not regretted it. They treat their customers' cars as their own, and when recommending services they give a clear, concise breakdown of exactly what needs to be done now, what could be done later, and how much each service will cost. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable!On one occasion when my 128i's steel oil pan had rusted out, Jakub even offered to help find an aluminum (much cheaper) pan so I wouldn't have to spend $1000 on a new steel pan that would eventually rust out again.Will keep coming back here as long as I own BMWs. Highly recommend this shop if you are looking for a place to work on your BMW.
