I just had the most amazing customer service from the owner(s) at Samco! While shopping for a new lamp they noticed the bottom of my lamp had a missing wheel and needed to be tightened up, they promptly fixed my broken down lamp wheel at no cost, and all this with a friendly smile :) this will definitely be my go to place for beauty supplies!

Our shampoo basin nozzle broke off on a busy day. Samco was the only location opened on a Saturday. They had the parts we needed and was able to be delivered plus installation within 1hr. Even fixed a few other things for us as well. Super friendly on the phone and in person, very efficient as well. Love it. - RUSH salon

Brilliant Quality and Excellent customer service !! I am from Vienna-Austria came here 6 months ago, all products you can find at Samco - beauty supplies are amazing. Costumer service ... AMAZING they know everything about their products, they will tell you what you need and you will be very positively surprised about their prices. I am recommending this place 100% !
