Canada Post

Went in to confirm my indentity to receive some mail, brought in the correct paperwork and ID to do so and the miserable lady working there said they couldn't help me. Super disappointed by the service I got today. Was able to contact the place sending me the mail and they just bypassed the post office and were shocked they didn't confirm my indentity with everything I provided for them.

I received an item through Canada Post and I came here to return it to the seller back through Canada Post less than a week after I received it. But now they can’t accept it because it’s to big? Then how did you ship it to me? That makes no sense at all. Why do you have double standards for what is to big and not. I brought it here not even unwrapped with the Canada post label still on it. But yet now it’s to big. Lady with black hair at the counter. I hope you get fired. Your absolutely obnoxious. There is no reason to yell at me when I’m pointing out a clear flaw in what your telling me. We are not children and this isn’t a shouting match. You don’t win by being louder than me.

Will never come here again for the Canada Post outlet. They charge $.25 to put a piece of tape on your envelope.. Not kidding. I work in customer service and I would gladly help someone out with a realistic issue like one piece of tape. Also, the other times I have been here the staff are miserable.

Staff at this location are great - Corrine expertly helped half a dozen customers at once so no one was waiting too long, and assisted me with a complex case. Very friendly, helpful and fast!

Absolutely the best staff ever. We went down to the Canada Post this afternoon to ship something that we intended to sell online, and all we had to do was ship the package, and give the buyer the tracking number for the shipment. And we clarified with the staff that everything is OK, but the guy that works here told us that something was suspicious, and it seemed like a scam, which turned out to be a phising mail, and we would of been scammed, if the man that work here didn't tell us! I wanted to provide some feedback on my recent visit to Canada Post. The lady at the front desk who helped me with my Uber document verification was very friendly and efficient. She completed the process in just a few minutes, which made my experience very pleasant. I really appreciate the great customer service I received and wanted to thank you for employing such wonderful staff members.

Been here three times and I met three different staff. One thing they all had in common? They were warm, nice and very patient. Great job guys.
