My wife recently took money out from the ATM which took a few moments to process her order, then it gave a receipt but no money was dispensed. She went straight to the bank manager which told her that the funds will not come out of her bank account and if they did to come back tomorrow. As it turned out the funds were taken from her account! When we returned we were told we had to file a complained with our bank and there was nothing they could do. We have to wait 45 days for the complaint to get processed. I will be cancelling my account with this bank. Even in the past when I needed my first mortgage they never loaned me a dime, I am now on Mortgage Number 6 with TD. Great Job Vanity.

not sure whats happening now I go friday at 320 closed on a payday? check the website for sat it says closed and they have a lot of computer problems since they did the software change over since then half my shares are gone close to $600 worth they say because it is a joint account my wife has never seen a statement showing she has them beside the fact I have requested one 3 times. staff are friendly and do their best but something lacking in their systems and that is concerning!

I struggled for weeks trying to sort something out with Visa. Brittany patiently helped me through my challenge, with us both taking turns talking to Visa. I was finally able to get to a resolution and am very appreciative of Brittany's help. Thank you.

Awful. Just completely awful. The employees here really need a training session or two on customer service. From the moment I entered to the moment I left it was a huge disappointment. The teller I was dealing with had a huge attitude. When I finally had enough and said that I don't like how she is speaking to me, she instead of apologizing she started fighting back. Spoke to the manager after a simple transaction ended up into a confrontation. All I wanted was to deposit a cheque and get out. Instead I ended up with an unpleasant teller having a bad day and looking to take it out on poor customers. I guess I shouldn't have said anything but come on seriously? Stop taking your frustrations out on others. Manager was nice but I could tell she wasnt going to deal with it. I will not deal with this bank. I'm back to rbc.

When compared with the other Vancity location in the Coquitlam area this one takes the cake as the best.What leads me to that statement is the fact that they always have the right amount of tellers working. This means lines always move quickly and you are never waiting more than a few minutes. This is not the case at the location near coquitlam centre.When you meet one of the tellers they are always very friendly and personable. This is the only Vancity location where I have ever had staff seem genuinely interested in asking what's going on and how I am doing. Because banking is an every week thing, that means I have actually been able to get to know a few of the staff members.At this location the tellers know what they are doing and have the time to do it. Because the line is managed effectively tellers are not rushed, so you can make requests to start accounts, transfer money, invest, etc. I have not made a request yet that has had to be differed or escalated, which is a great sign of good training.Good work team.

My husband and I went to this bank in the Shauhnessy street branch to apply for a visa card, and two very responsible and energetic employees, who were very kind,Mr Sepehr and Mrs Farnoosh, did our work well.

why is it closed on a monday?!!! very inconvenient!
