Great service. Staff does not rush you. They are interested in what you have to say and look at you directly in the eyes when talking to you. I love that, time over time, they have history of your images to be able to compare!

I tell everyone about my positive experiences with Dr. Chin and his staff. In my opinion this is the only place in town to go. I have extremely tricky prescriptions and have seen numerous Optometrists and so far Dr. Chin is the only one that has been able to get my prescription perfect! His staff are wonderful and supportive in helping pick out lens that suit your face and personality. I also appreciate that visiting your Optometrist is not only about seeing clearly it’s about eye health and you can’t underestimate the importance of ensuring you have healthy eyes free of disease. I’m not alone in my opinions of Dr. Chin. My elderly relatives all see him as well as my husband and everyone agrees he is tough to beat! His prices are competitive as well if that’s a consideration. Good parking, located near London Drugs. All round amazing service provided.

Updated review of Saanich Optometry: Still 5 stars!I recently had a horrible irritation of my right eye and Dr. Simmons came in on his day off and after hours to have a look at my eye. He treated me with some drops and some special care instructions to heal up my eye. He was very thorough with the exam and followed up the next day and again the following week to make sure my eye was healing.Their location in Saanich Plaza is also convenient with easy in and out of the plaza and plenty of parking both above ground and underground.Thanks again Dr. Simmons!

Such a great office. All the staff are courteous and accomodating. No one makes you feel like the appointment is rushed. The office is very clean. Dr. Charles Simons is very good at his profession.I highly recommend!
