Caution - No return policy, exchange policy is meaningless. I liked the jackets but my size (L) had limited options. Found 3 jackets, therefore picked 2 heavy winter ones. At reaching home found broken button on one jacket. Visited the very next day for exchange. The person on the reception accepted that its a manufacturing defect but they didn’t have this size in stock. On top of it, store also doesn’t have any other heavy winter jacket article in stock. So they can’t do anything except giving credit note. I have been told about 1 year warranty on zipper & buttons at the time of purchase, when asked to help to get this fixed under warranty which they clearly taken their hands off. So I am stuck to take credit note when I have no fault. Its very easy to trap people’s money behind your no return policy by placing defected items in the store. No one barely checks every single aspect when buying new stuff. I feel like being tricked. Lesson learnt - buy stuff at higher price else where. I only asked for exchange, if you don’t have stock, why should customer suffer. Stay away!

Caution!!! They don't refund anything, even new arrivals. They say so on the bottom of the receipt. ( when you want a refund, they will show it to you). I will be doing more research to see if what they did is legal. below is what we experienced.I bought a Moose Knuckles Parka in this store for my daughter at Oct.24, 2021 ($1015.+tax) and a T-shirt .6 days later, we changed our mind and came back to the store for the Parka refund. They told me this store has never, ever done refunds for over 30 years after they run the business. Even though it was a new arrival.They showed me the bottom of the receipt when I tried to return it, the policy was written. The staff said, every single customer was told when they pay, for anything. However, I was not told, when paying.I'm aware there's generally no refunds for final sale products. But no one told me no refund for over $1k priced new arrivals.Two things I will do, listed below1, I will be calling Better Business Bureau (BBB). Regarding this matter.2, As we didn't know there wasn't a refund policy while we were buying and we didn't check the bottom of the receipt. (I believe that most clients would have done the same thing), I will be delving further into the law regarding this not knowing" situation. I believe I have right to do something about this."

Very friendly staff, and good options to buy. Bought a moose knuckles jacket and loved it completely. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the store

I wanted to buy a $100. Hat and would have if the store clerk didn't make me feel like I was going to steal something

I had such an amazing experience shopping at Broadway fashion this Christmas. Let me begin, the staff were really helpful. I was able to receive my package through the Curbside pickup. It was a safe and fast service. Not to mention the staff at Broadway was able to help me to get the latest style, as well as find it at a reasonable price. I will DEFINITELY be shopping there again. Highly recommend it!!

Worst experience. They judge customer by their look and after entering store the first thing they will tell you our stuff is expensive. I never saw such kind of store who always tells the stuff is expensive. Rude guy working at the store saturday afternoon. Don't know how to talk with customer. In this way you're loosing customer.

My experience at Broadway Fashions was absolutely amazing, they provide you with great customer service and are always willing to help. They sell a variety of multi-branded clothing which is great for people who love Champion, Kappa, and more. On my recent visit at the location in Toronto Premium Outlet I was assisted with a tremendous amount of help and they made me feel very welcome, it was a very friendly environment. For the moose knuckles they gave me a lot of insight as to which would be a better suit me and I ended up leaving being satisfied with the choice and knowledge I gained. From this experience I defiantly will be shopping with them again soon and I highly recommend stopping by there if you ever get a chance to.

Had a really awful experience today evening at the store. Visited the store with my wife and parents to buy a jacket for my mother. The sales girl does not know how to talk to customers. On not buying a jacket coz we didn't like it, she rudely said our jackets are expensive. My parents really felt bad, as she clearly judged us. I should have argued with her over this but I didn't as my parents were with me. I really felt bad for the experience I had today. Will never visit the store again and will never recommend it to any one. People should at least have ethics to talk to other people irrespective of looks.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Never coming back to this awful place. Suni, who I think is the manager at this store was entirely helpless and the only person who tried to help me out was lyan. Thank you lyan!
