I've only had their cakes, so this review is for that. I could devour them whole in one sitting, they're so delicious and you absolutely can't tell they're gluten-free. They're moist, fluffy, and the icing is sweet but not too sweet. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Customer Service, excellent gluten free products. I was so impressed with how accommodating The Silly Yak staff were when I asked for a care package to be delivered to my daughter in Kingston. They went out of their way to make sure a great variety of tasty treats were included and delivered quickly. All great GF things. My daughter LOVED the breads and pastries, everything had a great texture. Specially noted that the quiche was phenomenal! Thank you;)

I buy vegan cupcakes from you guys every year (the last 5 years or so) for my vegan friend. She LOVES them (I haven't had a chance to try them) and eats them like they going outta style. The customer service has been amazing even when I call last minute because I've forgotten about her birthday as my wedding anniversary is three days after her birthday, lol. Thanks for wonderful food!

A true treat for Gluten free and gluten eaters alike.With pantry staples to level up your GF kitchen (I got Gnocchi for first time in 5 years)Fresh baked goods, (gooey oozing buttertarts, perfect portioned Nanaimo bars) or just a sandwich for lunch.I make this a regular stop.

Opened up shop this morning and decided we needed some sweet treats to get us through the day. The Silly Yak came highly recommended and they sure didn't disappoint! I’m giving them a five star just because the name is so creative, very cute! It took us a few minutes but when we got it we got it. Great service over the phone and love that they have literally anything my Grandmother could want.

I was a bit worried when the sign said gluten free, as I didn't have any gluten allergies and past experiences with gluten free desserts left a chalky feel in my mouth. But the carrot cake and Nanaimo bars were AMAZING! Light but flavourful cake was topped with delicious cream cheese icing and the bar melted in my mouth. 100% recommend to everyone, gluten free or not!

I thought I would try this bakery because I live close by, but sadly my experience was disappointing.Compared to other bakeries I’ve been to in Kingston, the staff member was not very friendly or enthusiastic about the products. I was debating between cupcakes and donuts with little feedback or discussion.I tried to pay with Apple Watch but they don’t take tap. Most places prefer you use tap to minimize customer contact.I’m also disappointed they still use styrofoam for their products.I see from another review that the staff member is exempt from wearing a mask, but this is something to keep in mind before you enter this bakery.Also, the donuts I ended up getting were just ok.
