I’ve brought my car to Rocco and Giovanni for a variety of maintenance needs, and they have always been incredibly knowledgeable, honest and transparent. I’d highly recommend RMP to anyone.

I give five stars for the professional service as well as the passion and love for cars I've seen from these professionals. The F22 m235 in the showroom is really great, I believe that is not only a racing car but also, tells a legendary story about a racing dream.But 1 thing I want to mention here is, it seems my car gets more care than I from the shop. Maybe I am a new customer, not familiar with people here or I am too sensitive... It will be great if I can sit and even stand somewhere I don't care, but just talk a bit with people about cars and their story, learning from people... I understand the waiting room is not available since the Covid, but if I can be pre-notified, that will be better.Again, thanks for serving my car.All the best.

RMP are great, honest and very well priced. They know what they are doing and get straight to the point and give you the best price so no need to haggle. I went it to replace rear air bag suspension on my X5, they inspected and found other issues and showed photos of the issues. I dropped off 8am and car was ready by noon. Highly recommend for any BMW. Keep up the great honest work!

I’ve taken my e46 M3 to RMP for all regular maintenance (including the big three), repairs, and upgrades for over 8 years and wouldn’t trust it with anyone else. Service has always been fast, honest, and impeccable. Rocco and Giovanni truly know these cars inside and out and their reputation for high quality work is unbeatable. Really happy with my service from RMP Motors. Rocco was really friendly, informative, and helpful.He kept me updated throughout the process. My car almost broke down, thankfully they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. They really care about their customers and cars! Definitely going back and recommending to everyone!

I should have posted this years ago, but better late than never. RMP is the best BMW shop in the city. I take my 3 cars to them and they haven't failed to identify a problem or recommend preventative maintenance for any of my cars. My brother also services his BMW here and hasn't had any issues with his vehicle.They're very punctual, efficient and charge a fair price for their work. If you're looking for expert workmanship, I suggest you take your car here. They're highly professional and will ensure that your car is well maintained.Just an example : My 2018 X5 had a bit of a stutter/hesitation when I accelerated. Rocco correctly identified this as a $250, something that was quoted $900 for in the dealership (and the stealership was incorrect -- only reason I had taken it to BMW first was because the car was purchased pre-owned within 4 months).

Best BMW mechanic shop in Ontario! Matter of fact all of Canada! Rocco and Johnny are always a pleasure to deal with. Rocco is a BMW specialist that never compromises on quality. Since they’re running the entire successful business by themselves, they manage to give customers an excellent price for the highest quality of work. At other shops the consumer is indirectly paying for Office Admin staff, receptionist and service advisors. Rocco and Johnny are running an in-house family business! I’m surprised how reasonable they are. Book them 3-4 days in advance as they are a very busy shop. Extremely clean and professional.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this shop. Rocco runs a tight shop with dedicated and talented car enthusiasts working alongside him. They check everything. They know exactly what to look for because they work on and know these cars soooo well.They also understand how to get the most from your car and how to keep it running beautifully so that you maximize the ROI from your vehicle.I love my Blue Baby and I trust these guys to keep her in top top shape.

RMP is a go-to place for me. Can't tell you guys how picky I am over mechanics, I've got lots of bad experiences before in other places, but this place is a GEM. If you have bmw, don't over think book an appointment because these guys are busy busy busy and that shows how much people trust these guys. Their prices are fair, and they don't overcharge u.The best
