Absolutely amazing!!! I'm a new pool owner. Michelle (Owner) offered to come over and walk me through the entire system and explain what and when to do it. The advertise family owned, they should advertise will treat you like family. I can't begin to explain how amazing the staff from the Welland store are. Best customer service and phenomenal prices.If your looking for pool products or help you won't regret Paradise Pools.

I have to say that this company is amazing to work with. From our my first phone call for help....Delores and Amy have been great with advice -and booking our service call. Then to our in store visit - Luca! was just the best! We had multiple issues going on and he took the time to trouble shoot each one - taking time to explore all of our options.We are not out of the woods yet but I am confident we picked the right company/people helping us.This is my way of saying Thank you!!!!!!

We have had a new pool installed this month. This is our second pool installed by Paradise. We returned to paradise for our second pool based on our previous experience. All levels of the company from sales, construction, installation and service are exceptional. We felt we received best value for our money and they truly believe in making the customer happy. All construction and installation staff were hard working and respectful, arrived on time and did a great job. They listened to our comments and accommodated any last minute requests or changes. They were more than capable of working through any issues that arose - especially during the excavation process.This is a very honest and dedicated family run business and we have enjoyed getting to know everyone.Thanks so much paradise for all of your help and hard work..

Although we haven't used our spa yet (electrician hook up pending) I wanted to give a shout out to the install team. I wasn't at my best today but they were. The tub install went well and they were courteous and professional throughout the process. More to come once we have it running!!!

Apparently the 10 Litre limit on Sodium Hypochlorite doesn’t extend to friends of the owners. The people filling in front of me filled 40 litres and left full and happy. Not a huge deal, but I feel like a second-class customer. Like I just got punked. I will not go back. I have options.

I went to Paradise Pools today. I was told I could only purchase 10 litres of liquid chlorine, but the people in front of me filled 40 litres.I have been going to this store for 10 years. I will not return.

Wanna shout out to all the staff at Paradise pools but especially Michelle! She knows her stuff and has guided us through a few questions. She recently went out of here way to find us a new pump and helped us sort out the mechanics and fixtures. She is as friendly as she is professional.

This is all new to me and they have helped me all the way. Thankyou so much to ALL staff .

Dan and Brett are worth their weight in gold here. This location runs smoothly with them there, whenever Michelle is there too she’s always spot on with advice. Always knowledgeable and helpful when you’re unsure of anything.
