It would have been nice to know your opening hours had changed BEFORE I left my house during a pandemic. 1 star because in this day and age your web info should reflect changes like that immediately.Otherwise staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are on the high side though so buy nonemergency items at your own risk.

This pharmacy is overwhelmed by the demands placed on them by the senior population living at 1st Place & surrounding area. Even though they are unable to fill prescriptions accurately and in a timely fashion, they continue to take on new clients while refusing to expand their employee number. They are so short staffed that they are unable to answer the phone at lunch time and do not have a call answering service or outgoing message on their phone system, which I find very antiquated. Previous pharmacies I dealt with had systems that allowed you to enter the digits on prescription renewals or wait on line if you needed to speak with personnel. Unless you must; I recommend you not trust your medications with this pharmacy.

LOVE!!! this postal outlet, was over the moon when they closed the outlet on James South and now I come here, staff AWESOM and pleasant. I feel like I am royalty when I deal with them.

My aunt has lived here for quite a few years and loves it. There's a pharmacy, store, hair dresser and mobile library which makes it easy on her since she can't drive anymore.

Switched all my meds over a week ago and made it very clear I needed a pain med to be ordered right away there was no repeats, the girl insured me it will be done. I'm now out of medication for 2 days and find out guardian pharmacy only faxed Dr. Yesterday a week after I made request. Its now friday and im the one chading down my dr. What a joke and absolute let down.and

New to Hamilton and switched to First Place Guardian from the Toronto location. We've had nothing but problems, then never call when medication is ready or when they don't have any stock of it. Even after numerous requests. Then we find out that they are out of my husband's pain medication, after we called them 4 days after requesting the refill to find they are out of stock. This all happened on a Saturday 30 min before they close for the weekend. Staff always seem uninterested and unwilling to help. We now have to wait til Monday to switch pharmacies. How is it the patients responsibility to chase after the professionals to see if their meds are ready and the patients responsibility to find a pharmacy who has the medication they NEED when they didn't order accordingly.

I came to pick up my package twice. during weekdays the closing timing as per google is 6:00 pm, I have left office early to pick up the package but the post office was closed at 5 pm. Same during weekend, I went on Saturday to pickup the package as per the timings on google, which is till 04:00 pm, but the post office was closed at 02:00 pm.
