Kritik. This man has 0 customer service skills. Yells at clients, cuts them off, EXTREMELY RUDE. I’ve dealt with people on the phone for years but have NEVER had someone talk to me like this guy does. Probably a good thing google doesn’t allow 0 starts because FDR would be receiving this

I know it's the last phone call you wanna get, but it's not their fault and you know that, if you're getting the calls.Anyway I thought they were really reasonable for helping you get out of debt. I thought about bankruptcy but I don't want that. Tamara was on the phone with me and she was really helpful with making arrangements.Hey it saved me probably $800, I'm happy they called

I know no one enjoys dealing with debt collections but if you have to David Thrasher is the man to deal with. He is extremely pleasant as well as patient. There was no harassment for more money than I could afford. He was empathetic to my situation and legitimately wanted to work with me. I hope FDR realizes they have a gem and gives him the accolade he deserves!

Nick Jablonski was the gentleman I had to deal with when rebuilding and settling some collection items.I usually give collectors a hard time because I find them to be aggressive and unprofessional, but this gentleman (Nick Jablonski) went above and beyond. He was not only professional but very helpful in helping me make an informed decision.Within a week and a half I was able to rectify my issues with them and both sides were happy. I assume dealing with any of their agents would be a much needed sigh of relief.Thank you again Nick Jablonski.

I must say Julius was very helpful.Always i find him very cooperative and listen to the case in depth explains every thing in depth.I had some amount due which i paid but company case was dealt by Julius and helped me .Very professional , I think he is a good team man.FDR should be proud having such kind of staff.
