Ordered a 6ft hardshell bo case, and was shipped a 3ish foot one. Hatashita admitted it was their mistake as it said 185cm online, however they refused to refund me the $51 postage cost to return the item that they wrongfully mislabeled.

Opened a boxing studio in Toronto and needed punching and other gear. I was introduced to Michelle Bishop who was nothing but supportive, kind and helpful. The shipments of products were delivered on time and products in excellent condition. I even drove to HQ in Waterloo to check out their show room and check out the gear in person. Highly recommend!

Updated review:Hatashita promptly replied they will send me a new one.I'll update again if i dont get it.__________________No quality check !I have received a unusable Bo Staff. It is not straight and rough (lack of sanding, oiling and waxing).

One of the only martial arts supply stores in the area. They have super friendly staff who are always willing to help. I love taking my brothers here and I love coming here myself. Good vibes, good equipment.

Visited for the first time to buy a jock strap for my son. Selection was very good. The jock strap he had before was very bulky and uncomfortable but they had a smoother one. Confident this one will work for him.
