Excellent, friendly service from the moment you walk in. Staff are very thorough when discussing about your needs. I brought in a pair of sunglasses to have nose pieces replaced in minutes in which I already had gone to several local eyewear places stating they could not be repaired! Highly recommend and no appointments necessary.

Went in to have frames fixed, staff are friendly and efficient. Five minutes later walked out with new frames and perfect fitting glasses. The best service ever. Highly recommended that you consider getting your next set of glasses here. An awesome experience.

A nice, well organised store with pleasant staff. I purchased 2 for 1 eyewear for a price that is very comparable with other shops in Thunder Bay. However, only one of my two pairs fits properly. The optician improved the fit considerably but the focus still isn't where it should be. I miss Fort Optical. I will try this shop again but one of the reasons I buy locally is for the good fit.
