Overpriced items. There is never enough staff working at this store. $3 for a reusable bag and no option to purchase a ten cent paper bag as an alternative.

We had bought a baby car seat and stroller from the store this summer..I was back to the store last week as the baby car seat base was moving around not being stable and also the stroller had some issues..The staff at the store helped in fixing the stroller(dont know her name) and the problem with car seat base was quickly resolved with the help of Shannon(She is the pro).Now the base is as strong like a giant rock that you cant move it..Thank you both for helping to resolve the issues..!!

Store is clean and the staff were helpful and answered any questions I had. I was able to price match which was great. Got the majority of my Christmas shopping done here and was happy with the experience. The only thing is they didn't have one of the items in stock and some aisles were a little messy. Other than that it was a great experience

I've only been to this store twice in my life, both times we were shopping for a baby shower gift. The staff member we spoke to printed out the registry, helped us navigate the store and find items and offered to easily brings items in store that were not in stock. It may sound like expected service and it is but she was super sweet, very helpful, nice to talk to and made it a pleasant experience

I went to babies r us today. I met Tai from staff i guess i dnt know her exact name but she helped us with all the strollers and took interest in all the things we asked and proactively showing us everything! its hard to find people like her! I would really consider company to appreciate her efforts and I wish her lots of luck!!!
